I recently purchased the Omega Speedmaster from the Omega Boutique, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

Purchased an Omega Seamaster 10,000


Purchased an Omega Seamaster 10,000 dollar watch from Jomashop. Sent it in under warranty. Returned 8 weeks later unrepairable because the said it had scratches. Jomashop sent pictures of another watch and said it was abused and they skirted the warranty. They also said it was dirty. DIRTY. Huh. WARNING. Do not buy from Jomashop. They are liars

Omega service ruined my watch

Had my Seamaster serviced by Omega and it flooded on the very next dive. They blame my misuse of the release valve despite me literally never having used it as I don't dive deep enough or long enough for it to be necessary. I'll never buy anything from them again. Their loss as these days I mostly wear my Patek or my Vacheron Constantin despite there being lots of nice looking Omega models that would otherwise interest me.

Bought a new Seamaster Aqua Terra 1500


Bought a new Seamaster Aqua Terra 1500 world timer with a blue rubber band. Decided after delivery that I also wanted the silver bracelet. The boutique quoted me $900. The difference in the new ones are only $200 from rubber to stainless. But they want $900 after the fact. Emailed them directly for a more favorable price only to get a one line answer that said the price is $900. Steer clear of Onega. Panerai and Rolex CS is first class. Omega mkt even close.

Great service at a reasonable price.

After 20 plus years of continuous wear the Seamaster bracelet fell apart. Omega,Multrees Walk, Edinburgh, were most helpful and sourced the necessary replacement parts. Their technician, Set, was excellent and a repair was effected at a very reasonable cost. Brilliant service and an excellent watch - thank you.

Very doubtful service

Sadly, my experience this last month with Omega Watchmakers ( @omegawatches ) trying to get my early 50's Seamaster Bumper repaired is a depressing story. Three years ago (2022) my watch stopped. At the time I took into the Regent Street office to go back for repair and servicing. That took months, and significant expense to complete as the watch had to go back to the factory in Switzerland, which at the time, coming out of covid, did not seem ridiculous. In November 2022 I got the watch back with a 2 year warranty. Just two years, ten months later it annoyingly stopped again. I took it back to the Regents Street store where after several weeks I was told ... ‘Following an internal diagnostic, our watchmaker advised a full service is required due to dry oil’.... That is, it needed another full, costly service including a second return to the factory in Switzerland and that would take fifty (50) weeks before I would get it back. The staff in the shop were friendly, helpful and I have no complaint about them, but neither was I offered an apology for the apparent shortcomings of the 2022 service, or a reduction on the cost of the second service now needed in less than three years from the first. I was dubious about what they claimed was wrong with the watch, and retrieved it from the shop. I then went to a local watch repairers who took 10 minutes to get the watch going again and for all intents and purposes ‘fix it’ for the time being. I realise that sometime over the next 2 or 3 years it may well require another full service. But clearly the information and recommendation for a second full service I got from Omega this time does not look good. The fact that the watch stopped so soon after the end of the warranty period I think reflects badly on Omega's reputation as a quality company with quality product and the quality service I believe it once had.

omega not worth the price

my $7k Seamaster Aqua Terra is back in service for the 3rd time in less than 4 years for a total of $1500. The first time it failed, i could see a loose screw through the clear back plate. when i got it back, it never felt quite right, was running fast, and the date would get stuck once in a while. so i sent it back a 2nd time. now it's failed again for a 3rd time, but it's 7 months beyond it's 2 year warranty so they are forcing me to pay for another full service.

Omega Service Experience

In November 2023, I sent two of my watches — a Planet Ocean and a vintage Omega Dynamic — for servicing. Both of these timepieces carry special meaning to me. They are not daily wearers, mostly living in a winder and only coming out for special occasions.

Unfortunately, since the service, both watches have stopped working — something that had never been an issue before.

Omega Dynamic: This was the first to stop. I sent it back to Southampton and, to Omega’s credit, it was re-serviced under warranty. So far, so good.

Planet Ocean: A few weeks ago, I noticed it wasn’t running past 9. On 4th September I reached out to Omega customer service to arrange a prepaid package for return. Today is 3rd October, and this still hasn’t been resolved.

I phoned customer service and was told to take the watch into a local boutique. I did exactly that, only to be told they didn’t have my records, and that I would need to go to the Royal Exchange instead — otherwise they would have to process it as a brand new request. This directly contradicted what I was advised over the phone, where I was assured that my records could be pulled up via the serial number.

This has been an awful, frustrating experience. I simply want to get my watch fixed — but instead I’ve been left running in circles.

For a brand like Omega, part of the Swatch group, this level of aftercare is very disappointing. Based on my experience (and what I’m reading in other reviews), it feels like customer service and the protection of the brand are not being given the attention they deserve.

I truly hope Omega takes a hard look at how their service operations are being run, because right now it feels like they don’t value their customers.

Ordered a new strap for my Seamaster


Ordered a new strap for my Seamaster 7.5 weeks ago. I've been chasing the boutique I ordered from every week, and they in turn have been chasing Omega, with no luck. I've been told this sort of order should only take 2-3 weeks. The boutique is equally frustrated with Omega as they can't seem to get a straight answer on why it's taking so long.

More than 3 weeks for battery change

Had my Constellation serviced and a new battery last year. Did not wear it until about a year later, only to find that the battery had run out. Went to the shop to have a new battery. They wanted to tell me this would cost over 200 Euro. I was puzzled by this price. When questioned they said that was the price for the battery and a warranty for one year. I just wanted a battery, hoping I would not want a warranty for this. The new price was 60 Euro. 3 weeks later and the watch has still not been returned to the shop. If I need a new battery every year and being without a watch for a month, I think I shall stick to my self-winding watches. I don't need to mention brand names.

Abysmal service – Omega doesn't care about its heritage or customers

I am the owner of an ultra-rare 1968 Omega Speedmaster Professional "Ultraman". My watch is in excellent condition, a fact confirmed by the Omega-certified watchmaker who serviced it.

Since the "Extract of The Archives" service is now permanently gone, I reached out to Omega hoping for a simple, even informal, confirmation of authenticity. I provided them with everything they could possibly need: extensive details, photos of the case, dial, and even a clear picture of the serial number on the movement itself.

Omega's response was to do absolutely nothing. It was clear they didn't even look at the information I sent. Instead, I received a useless, generic email telling me to... have the serial number checked by an Omega-authorized watchmaker. The very thing I had already sent them photographic proof of.

This level of customer service is appalling. I will never buy another Omega product again.

Un punteggio di 2.7 dovrebbe farvi riflettere!

“Policy” grottesca della boutique di Firenze in via Tornabuoni ed enorme scorrettezza.
Dapprima ti inseriscono in lista (oramai 6 anni fa!) e poi quando chiami ti dicono che hanno cambiato modalità di attribuzione di questi orologi, divenuti a dire di colui che mi ha risposto, stamattina 31/08/2025 alle ore 11:09 ovvero il signor C., un beneficio per chi acquista molto da loro.
Peccato solo che (cosa documentabile!) un amico ha acquistato pochi giorni fa un orologio Snoopy, (lo stesso da me desiderato) nella boutique ufficiale di Roma, pur senza aver acquistato nulla ma solo per conoscenza.
Peccato perchÚ i collezionisti abitualmente non badano a spese

La scorrettezza si paga e forse questo 2.7 su trustpilot dovrebbe far riflettere chi ha potere decisionale in azienda, di modo di evitare problematiche di reputazione (peraltro per questioni grottesche come la mia!)

Une escroquerie à 250 € !!

Une escroquerie à 250 € !!! la swatch omega est une escroquerie. Tellement plastique qu'on en perd la moindre piÚce en un rien de temps. J'ai perdu un capuchon d'un bouton pressoir. Réponse de Swatch: faire un devis de réparation à 160 €. On parle bien d'un petit capuchon en plastique. Laisser tomber la moindre initiative d'achat de cette m... uniquement tape à l'oeil !

Services disaster

I have 3 omegas. I have one being serviced and was sent to Switzerland. 5 months later it’s come back and they ruined the official omega strap - and photos prove it was in good condition when they received it. They have finally accepted fault and saying will take 3 more months to replace it.. won’t be buying another and likely sell mine. Ruined the brand.

Made the decision to buy very easy

We dealt with Natalie and the buying process we found to be absolutely first class.
She is very knowledgeable about the product not at all pushy and very pleasant to deal with.
We will now test the after sales service as we need to reduce the size of the bracelet on the watch so my daughter can wear it.
