Package marked as delivered, but never received.

I ordered shoes from Cartomy and the tracking suddenly showed the package as “delivered”. However, I never received the parcel and I never signed for anything.

I contacted Cartomy and was first told they would investigate the case and request GPS coordinates and signature proof from the carrier. Later they changed their response and simply stated that the carrier marked it as delivered and the case was closed.

I still have not received the shoes and no valid proof of delivery with my signature has been provided.

Very disappointing customer service. I hope the company will take responsibility and resolve this issue. I will update this review if the situation is properly resolved.

Jai commandé une tour pour les chaussures. Ca fait plus d'un mois. Sur le suivi il y a écrit que je serai livrée le 20 février. Nous sommes le 6 mars et je n'ai toujours rien et le sav ne répond pas a mes mails. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'escrocs qui prennent l'argent mais n'envoient pas l'article. A fuir absolument

I ordered the wrong size by mistake and the team sent me a new pair with the correct size completely free of charge... too bad they were both fake!

Ho ordinato la taglia sbagliata per errore e il team mi ha inviato un nuovo paio della taglia corretta completamente gratis... peccato che fossero entrambi falsi!

Fake-Ware und schlechter Kundenservice

Ich habe bei Cartomy Schuhe bestellt und leider eine ‼️Fälschung ‼️erhalten.
Nachdem ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, wurde nicht akzeptiert, dass die Schuhe offensichtlich nicht original sind. Statt einer Lösung sollte ich die Ware auf meine eigene Kosten ins Ausland zurückschicken, was für mich kein Vertrauen mehr in diese Firma zuließ.
Am Ende musste ich mich an meine Bank wenden, um mein Geld zurückzubekommen – glücklicherweise erfolgreich. 🤓🤓

Ich empfehle Cartomy nicht weiter.

SCAM website. Their contact address does not exist. They use the same address as another SCAM website (Kibertan) who I bought trainers from that never arrived. Contact email address does not exist.

O so fake.
Ik bestelde Onitsuka’s. Het lijkt alsof het bedrijf in de UK zit en van daaruit zijn schoenen verzend, maar mijn schoenen waren helemaal overgevlogen uit Shenzen. Refunds waren enkel mogelijk minus de douanekosten, en ik las hieronder makkelijk oplopen tot €80. Ik twijfelde over de echtheid, de schoenen waren echter te klein, dus ik vroeg voor een maatje kleiner. Toen het tweede paar toekwam was er geen twijfel mogelijk. De verzendingslink was zelfs helemaal anders (eerste vlag), en de schoenen zijn complete fakes en helemaal anders opgebouwd dan het eerste paar (kwaliteit, stikking, zool). Ik ben nu het proces opgestart om een volledige terugbetaling aan te vragen (€110). Dit is pure oplichterij.

The shoes I received are even better than I expected. The build quality is impressive & the materials are excellent. They fit perfectly on my feet. I can confidently say these are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

Ι’m giving 1 star because there is no cash on delivery option.
Τhe shoes look great and the prices are good, but Ι really wanted to pay the old-fashioned way at my door.

I received my order in 16 days, which felt too long.
On top of that, I had to go to the post office to pick it up instead of getting it delivered to my door.
The shoes are fine, but the whole process was inconvenient.

Ordered some Puma fast r RBS however after reading reviews and looking online seen numerous reports of them selling fake shoes so I questioned them on it.

Had similar responses and claims if it gets through customers they are not fake etc.

Also was threatened legally if I claimed shoes were fake.

I copied puma into my response to say I am fair to question authenticity even suggested a couple of sites we could check authosity from they said they don't recognised the sites. I have flagged them to puma. Refund seems to have been granted but not sure they have issued a full refund

The delivery took 13 days from when I ordered. These shoes turned out perfect & the quality is really good. I got exactly what I wanted & I'm super happy with everything about my purchase.

Ich muss ja mindestens einen Stern geben. FAKE SCHUHE als Original verkauft. Auch euf den Hinweis Mut Bildern vom alten Original gab es nur die Aussagen, dass die Schuhe Original aus Vietnam sind. Eine Rückgabe wäre möglich, die hätte ich dann an ein Kiosk nach Griechenland schicken sollen. Das ganze hätte mich 50 Euro gekostet für 2 Paar Schuhe. Anzeige bei der Polizei wegen Betrugs ist raus. Bloß nicht kaufen!!!!

Estafa total. Dicen que son del Reino Unido y el envío tardo casi 4 semanas y venía de Asia. Aunque estéticamente son muy similares, sus productos son falsos. Compré unas Asics Metaspeed Sky Paris que pesaban un 30% más que las originales, y comparando con las auténticas, había detalles que eran distintos. Después de hablar con ellos y darme excusas como que eran el modelo Asiatico, me dieron la opción de devolverlas, me las hicieron enviar a Grecia, el envío me costo más de 18€ y de los 100€ que había pagado, me reembolsaron 20€, he reclamado a mi banco y aportado correos y documentación, parece que Visa va a devolver el cargo y solo perderé los 20€ del envío.

Bogus company. Counterfeit products, not good for injury prevention. Did not issue refund even after successful return of unused items. Ghosted my emails. Do not buy here, you've been warned.

I ordered sneakers from here. But I got them in a month from China. They said they got them through customs office officially. But I doubt the quality is bad made in China. It cost me 98Euro but I sent it back paying parcel cost to somewhere in Greece not to England paying 20Euro. All I got for refund was 20Euro. They said the rest which is 70Euro for sending back to customs office. I would never buy any thing here again. I should have read reviews here. I got scammed.

I have ordered Kobe 6 basketball shoes without checking the reviews. Paid the shoes 100€, the delivery took almost 4 weeks. It is all my bad, since Kobe's are difficult to find. The almost identical model (the different colour) came out on the official Nike website just a few days later for 125€, but it gets sold out in the matter of minutes. The fake shoes from Cartomy are relatively good replica (one can compare by checking Youtube), but still a replica, and the price difference is not worth. Avoid ordering from Cartomy.

ho acquistato un paio di nike vomero 18 per correre non per passeggiare ma dopo averle ricevute ho il forte dubbio che non sono originali anche perché ho visto le originali in uno store nike e non mi sembrano le stesse dal punto di vista della qualità della "suola". Pertanto, mi auguro che sia solo un impressione ci correrò una volta e spero di non procurarmi una tendinite in tal caso voglio dire a questi signori di non spacciare falsi fatti bene per originali in quanto quando si tratta di scarpe per il running si gioca con la salute delle persone!

I ordered two pairs of On Cloudtilt shoes from Cartomy.com and what I received raised serious concerns about authenticity:
- One pair had a QR code that didn’t work at all when scanned.
- The other QR code redirected to the official On website, but to a size 37, even though I ordered size 44.
- Both pairs had extremely hard soles, nothing like the original On shoes I’ve seen or worn before.
- When I opened the boxes, there was a strong chemical smell, which I’ve never encountered in genuine products.

When I contacted Cartomy, they kept insisting the shoes were authentic just because they passed customs. But customs do not verify authenticity, and EU Regulation (No. 608/2013) makes this very clear. As for their argument about the QR codes, Cartomy claimed that "inconsistencies can happen" due to batch differences or device/browser issues. But logically, this doesn’t hold up: what are the odds that both pairs I received had faulty or mismatched QR codes, and yet none of the legitimate On shoes I've encountered ever had that issue? A rare glitch in 1 of 1,000 units might be understandable — but 2 out of 2, from the same seller? That’s not a coincidence; it’s a pattern. Especially when one code leads to a completely different size, and the other doesn’t scan at all.

They offered a return, but I was told to ship the products to a private individual in Greece. No prepaid label, no secure return process, and I would have to cover all return costs internationally.

This is not how a legitimate retailer operates.

I found multiple similar reviews online, and even one where a customer received an official email from HOKA confirming Cartomy is not an authorized seller and that the site is fraudulent.

I have now submitted a dispute through my bank and shared all documentation.

Avoid Cartomy. Too many red flags, counterfeit products, no transparency, and a highly questionable return process.

Jai commandé des asics novablast 5 en cherchant sur google . Jai eu un doute quand au bout de 10 jours elles étaient encore en transit. Jai vu qu'elles venaient de Chine en passant par 3 pays.a la réception elles sentaient la colle. Le packaging ressemblait a asics. Mais comme j'ai exactement la même paire, jai pesé et elles pèsent 235grammes les vraies étant a 220grammes.le numéro de série n'est pas sur le carton. Et surtout la semelle intérieure est d'une qualité tellement médiocre par rapport a la vraie que cest la blessure assurée pour un coureur régulier. Jai écrit au service client qui ne m'a pas répondu. Je veux un remboursement car en portant plainte la gendarmerie ma dit que si je renvoie je suis pénalement coupable. Jai écrit a Asics France qui m'a fait un courrier pour porter plainte aussi en leur nom. Je vais actionner la protection juridique si je ne suis pas remboursé dans les 48h . Cest honteux que Google référence un site illégal et les mette en premier pendant les soldes. Eux aussi je leur ai écrit
