Nothing recieved, no way to communicate
Put in order and heard nothing for over a week, Very hard to communicate with company - phone number on web site is useless.
Finally found an online enquiry form - after that David called and got order sorted.

No reply on cancellation of order
I placed an order last Friday and found that I made a wrong order. I wanted to cancel the order. Therefore, I sent emails to the onlone admin and the agent. No replies up to now. Then by hotline and agent phone number, nothing could be reached. Anything your side can help?

Were not compatible with Epson printer.
Wasted all other ink in printer trying to get cartridge to work.

Bought my favorite Pilot marker refills from Cartridge World! I usually buy from Amazon but found out that shipping cost was the same as the product?! Good thing I found here the exact refill brand but cost less. Shipping was quite fast as well. Great job! 👏

I had reason to search for an Epson spare part
I had reason to search for a replacement part for my Epson printer. Kurt Muller, Master Franchisee undertook to find me a solution no matter what it took. He spent significant time searching avenues and through great persistence actually located a local agent I had missed. He even spoke with them on my behalf and the result was a great repair. I cannot thank Cartridge World enough for their dedication to their clients. You can't do better than shop here - simply the best!

Some room for improvement
Overall, I was satisfied with my recent purchase of printer cartridges online, click & collect at my local newsagents. However, on the confirmation of purchase email it states orders will generally be ready for pick up within 24 & 48 hours. I ordered on 18/7/24 and did not receive a email until 24/7/24 (6 days later) that my order was ready for pick up. I wanted to mention this as there is obviously room for improvement.
