A week after ordering my cartridge…
A week after ordering my cartridge order I havent received my order. I live 2 suburbs away from your suggested supplier but still no cartridges when will my order arrive?

Thank you for your review. Following investigation, we understand the courier was unable to gain access to the delivery address, and therefore your order was taken to the local Post Office for collection. We have been advised that you were informed and the order has now been collected.

replacement cartridges.
The cartridges I ordered were not available anymore, and they quickly offered replacements and even refunded some money. Very happy with the outcome.

Even though there was a delay regarding the dispatch of my item a representative of Cartridges Geelong contacted me by phone and the matter was successfully resolved. I was quite happy with the outcome and will certainly become a return customer

Slow delivery
Slow delivery. Ordered a CMY ink pack for a Brother printer on 11th July from the South Tweed Heads store.
Phoned on the 17th July, my order had not even been sent. She talked me into buying a Cartridge World generic ink pack. Today is the 18th July 5pm and no indication of it being sent. I could have walked to the store and back in less than 1 day.

Incompetent staff
Ordered my replacement cartridge online, then got a call saying I qualified of a free cartridge and my order will be ready soon. Then got another call saying they didn’t have a cartridge in stock but would be ready for collection that afternoon. Then got another call asking about my printer and settings and was told I couldn’t have aftermarket cartridges cause wouldn’t work so I asked for a refund as it wasn’t stipulated on their website about this issue and they would chat to they manager and get back to me, I then got a call from their manager I think and he told me he has ordered the cartridges and call me when I’m shop. I finally got notification of them in, after collecting them they are aftermarket cartridges seem to work atm although brings a warning up.

They didn't have the original printer…
They didn't have the original printer that I bought on-line, EOFY rush and all. I received a call next morning informing me and offering an alternative, at a higher but still attractive price.
Collected it from their store two days later. Great communication and service. Thank you
