I booked the car in online easily for a same day appointment. Dropped the car off, came back 2 hours later to my car that looked brand new inside and outside. They did a great job, will definitely use the Carwssh Company at Bluewater again.

Paid £59.95, arrived on time, clearly found their marked location - but nobody was there

I booked and paid £59.95 for a “Diamond - Sparkling Interior & Exterior with HD Wax” service at the Watford - Harlequin Centre / Palace Car Park location for 09/06/2026 at 13:30.

I arrived on time and found the exact location where the car wash company was supposed to operate. The area was clearly marked with their blue chevrons/signage, so this was not a case of being in the wrong place. However, there was nobody there - no staff, no service operating, and no explanation.

I called the phone number provided in the booking confirmation, but nobody answered. I also emailed them immediately and sent photos of my parking ticket and the clearly marked location where they were supposed to be.

So far, I have not received a refund, nobody has called me back, and nobody has replied to my email.

This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Their booking confirmation says customers will still be charged if they fail to attend, but in this case I attended - and the company did not. I expect a full refund and an explanation.

Not going to lie had one of the worst washes I’ve had there was still bird poo on the said and bugs on the windscreen and dirty water marks all running down from the back number plate

I just had my car valeted at Meadowhall red car park. Thank you so much Mario. What a fantastic job it feels brand-new again. You took such care of it.

Ali & Danish were amazing. My car had built up with dust as I haven’t had time to wash the car due to work. They were both so friendly and finished on time to accommodate me as I had to get back to work. I had the Platinum service, they washed my car so thoroughly it’s like brand new! My car is so shiny! 5 stars from me, I highly reccomend and I will be back. Ali & Danish are an asset to your team!

I have visited the site at Bluewater Rose Gallery a number of times, the operatives have always been friendly. My vehicle has always been spotless and cleaned to a good standard, I visited today 31.05.26 and asked for a price to clean the leather seats in addition to what I had booked, the operative looked at them and suggested I didn’t really need them doing, so he wasn’t trying to grab every penny. I would recommend this location.

We booked online a week in advance and paid in full. When we arrived at the Milton Keynes site we were told they were too busy and could not wash the car. They said it wasn’t their problem and to phone the main office.
