Good morning Roxan,

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry your visit to our Bentall Centre location didn’t meet your expectations.

Regarding the price, our packages are priced according to vehicle size, so the final cost can sometimes differ from the starting price shown on the menu boards.
That said, this should have been clearly explained to you at the time, and we apologise that it wasn’t. We’ll make sure our team communicates any price adjustment before work begins.

We’re also disappointed to hear that areas like the cup holders weren’t cleaned properly. That isn’t the standard we aim for, and I’ve shared your comments with the team at this site.

We are extremely concerned to read your account of the incident at our Cwmbran location, and we would like to assure you that we are treating these allegations with the utmost seriousness.

The Carwash Company has a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, aggressive or discriminatory behaviour towards customers. The language and conduct you have described are wholly unacceptable and fall far below the standards of professionalism and respect we expect from anyone representing our company.

We would like to investigate this matter fully and urgently, including reviewing the circumstances of the incident with our senior management team and taking appropriate action based on our findings.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience at our Bluewater location and that the exterior finish of your vehicle fell so far short of your expectations.

We appreciate that £160 is a significant amount to spend on a vehicle valet, and you should rightly expect a high standard of service, particularly when specific areas of concern were discussed with our team beforehand.

Whilst we are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the interior, we are concerned by your comments regarding the exterior and would like to investigate what happened as a matter of priority.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the service and that your car was cleaned properly.

I can see that you booked with us through our online booking system and used the 10% discount code that we currently have running. Unfortunately, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with our other offers, including the free parking offer.

We apologise that this was not clearly communicated to you on site and understand how this may have caused some confusion regarding the parking charge.

Good morning Kira,

We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the Platinum valet and that your car was nice and clean afterwards.

However, we apologise that your vehicle was left unlocked and unattended after you arrived back at 4.50pm. We completely understand why this would be concerning. We will be speaking with the staff on site regarding what happened to ensure this does not happen again.

With regard to the parking, our current free parking offer at our locations applies to Diamond and above valets. If a member of staff agreed to cover your parking as part of a Platinum valet, the usual process is for the parking cost to be deducted from the total cost of your valet.
