Excellent quality and beautiful case!

I ordered a clear phone case with various colour options on the strap and links. Unfortunately I somehow ordered the wrong phone size. Case 24 have stated that as I choose the colours they consider this customised and therefore will not issue a refund. It all looks like it is easily taken apart to me. Essentially this means all the phone covers with straps are customised and non-refundable. This was not clear on the website and I took customisable to be when you had photos ect added. Really frustrated that I now have an unusable phone cover.

Great item, just what I wanted

I LOVE IT!! Thank you! It was a gift for my 80 year old father, who’s a massive fan of old western comics. I had comic panels printed onto the large iPad case, and it turned out wonderful. I bought from you guys a few years back as well, and this was just to update the old one that was falling apart by this point. So, definitely would be back again! Thank you so much!

ich habe anfang april ein case bestellt. die lieferung dauert sehr lange, mehr als 10 tage und nun, nach nicht einmal 2 monaten nutzung ist bereits die farbe der hülle an den rändern teilweise abgerieben und ein kordelverschluss abgegangen, den ich verloren habe, weil ich es nicht bemerkte. für mich enttäuschend.

Easy, well priced, great product. 5 stars.

For improvement:
I would love if the designer had a "snap" or similar to line up my image - being able to drag it around wherever didn't suit the precise design I had made - it was also ambiguous where the edge of the phone case would be.

After repeated attempts to contact you through email, which has gone unanswered, I still have not received this case or any info about it. I need a working tracking number for order # 277610525 that actually shows that the item was shipped. I will file a chargeback in 24 hours if you do not confirm with proof that the item has shipped.

This is the fourth time I've purchased these mobile phone covers. Extremely happy with them and they last for ages.

Untrue delivery info. 5-10 days. Its been 15 days and 0 communication. When trying to use the online form to chase up it directs you to Evri where there's no update at all. So you are going in circles. I've emailed the company to request a refund/ cancel the order but there's 0 response. So at the moment I'm without the case, with no money, and no response. Please do not make the same mistake ,do not order.

Ordered a case last month specifically because they offer "most orders will be produced and delivered within 7-10 business days, via Australia Post" and it's been weeks with no update. Tracking information just says the case is being manufactured, they replied to one of three support tickets saying it'd be shipped early this week (spoiler alert: it wasn't) and have otherwise ignored my requests for more information. If there's an issue with the process, you need to provide updates and not just wait for impatient customers to contact you. I could have gotten a custom case elsewhere and had it here by now.

Edit: I did send the order number. Via support ticket. Three times. I got one response and nothing since. I'll update my review once I get this elusive case.

Nachtrag:
Die Hülle ist heute endlich angekommen. Wirklich begeistert bin ich nicht. Die Druckqualität ist nicht die beste. Das Bild ist, von nahem, eher verpixelt und etwas unscharf.

Schade.

Auf der Seite wird angegeben, dass die Lieferzeit 5-7 Werktage dauert.

Das ist in Ordnung, aber als nach 14 Tagen immer noch nichts da war, hab ich eine Mail an den Kundenservice geschrieben.

Leider war nicht ersichtlich, ob die Nachricht angekommen ist. Nach der zweiten Mail (ein paar Tage später) kam endlich eine Rückmeldung, das die Produktion etwas länger dauert und baldmöglichst versendet wird…

Jetzt warte ich bereits 3 Wochen auf die Hülle und sie ist immer noch nicht da.

Als ich nochmals an den Kundenservice schreiben wollte ging das erst gar nicht, mit der Begründung das die Hülle verschickt wurde und sie mir keine Auskunft oder Trackinginfos geben können…

Der Kundenservice ist mehr als unterirdisch...

zeker geen snelle service. Als je graag snel je hoesje hebt zou ik zeker hier niet bestellen....en mijn hoesje is nog steeds niet toegekomen en heb al contact opgenomen met de website tevergeefs

Website was clear and easy to navigate and delivery time was pretty quick! Email sent to be able to track which is super handy!

Leider kann ich hier nicht die volle Punktzahl geben. Ich hatte eine selbstgestaltete Hülle für mein iPad bestellt. Weder das Material noch die Druckqualität sind überzeugend. Abgesehen von der sehr guten Passform und der transparenten (aber sehr weichen!) Rückseite sowie der hochwertigen Cover-Innenseite. Durch die sehr matte und raue Oberfläche des Frontcovers werden leider viele Details des Motivs geschluckt. Das ist sicher größtenteils materialabhängig. Ein Material- oder Herstellerwechsel könnte die Lösung sein. Es fühlt sich zudem auch nicht sehr angenehm an. Anders als angegeben dauert die Lieferung übrigens deutlich länger. Realistisch sind hier 10 bis 14 Tage. Unterm Strich also eher enttäuschend und kein überzeugendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
