I ordered a personalised airpods case, and it never arrived. They said they would send a replacement and this never arrived either.

OMG! What is it that I paid for. Im shocked to say the least. I want my money back, even a nursery kid can do this job.

So the long awaited airpod pro2 case for my fiance 's birthday arrived today, by the way without any notification that it was delivered. I found it in my letter box when was checking mails today I don't go there everyday so I can't tell you when it was delivered.

To cut the story short, let me tell u what i received to the airpod case I paid £16 for, a piece of plastic something bigger than the normal airpod case i saw advertised online, they stuck a paper of our picture on top no creativity or respect. I mean they just printed out a small picture i sent and stuck it probably with glue, so if water drips on it it's spoiled, no cover or protection whatsover

I would like to get my money back coz this is a very expensive joke. This is my fiancé's birthday present. It was meant to be a surprise!

Good case fitted well. The photo was a very clear.

The custom phone case I ordered came in two weeks, and was really good quality.

Got phone cover customised with collage of 3 photos of my bunnies & was able to add background photo, too. Good quality hard case.

Easy to deal with and managed to create a great looking case despite a relatively low res image. Very happy with the result. Hope the image is scratch resistant.

I ordered a phone case with the expectation I would have it in 7-10 business days (as advertised). I paid more for it from Case24 than from other sites as I thought it was going to be coming from Canada. This was clearly not the case. It took over a month to arrive and did not come from within Canada. I could have ordered for much cheaper elsewhere, had I known. I reached out to the company numerous times (prior to its arrival) to say I was unsatisfied and requested my money back since they did not know where it was (they advertise satisfaction guarantee)- they stopped answering me. Case24 provides shipping tracking through their site but do not give an actually tracking number, so I could not call Canada post for any details. The case eventually arrived (much later than anticipated). It's fine, nothing special. I would have definitely ordered elsewhere had I known all this ahead of time.

Ich muss ganz ehrlich sagen für den Preis hab ich nicht so ein hochwertigen Druck erwartet. Wie Details der Druck geworden ist beeindruckten Gut mega Produkt.

Second review… same order. March 15 order. Supposed to be 7-10 day delivery. April 5, they said last week it was “shipped” by which they mean they’ve “created a shipping label”… still not even shipped. They blamed my poor art work - maybe - but still, if you’re looking for fast turnaround look elsewhere.

Used MyCustomCase before, no problems.

It's a great case, thought it would of been an actual hard not as soft but that's me for not reading description 😉
