Keep saying I have to pay £50 to verify my winnings before they can pay them. I've been talking to a friend who works in casino and he told you don't have to pay anything to receive your winnings is that right.

Very predatorial experience. Promised a bonus that I never received even though my deposit filled all the requirements. Tried to withdraw my money but couldn't. Tried to contact the customer support but couldn't until the next day. The customer support was extremely rude and told me they had a wagering requirement of x3 before I could withdraw my own money. In practice that means that everything you deposit in this casino, you will never get it back. Don't fall in to this scam.

As with most casino's I've checked out i wait for a promotion to check them out. They gave 20 spins for signing out with a max win of 100 dollars. I won 1.75$ i won 250 off the 1.75$. so i cash out and send in more info then last 3 casinos i dealt with. So they cancel my withdrawal and reduce it to the max win of 100$. I redo verification and think because they reduced me to 100$ it real cash now. So the next day i gamble with the 100 i won the day before. I win 600$ after playing for hours and cash out. The next day my second pot is reduced and 100$ is in my account again they denied my verification. So my warning is don't play here they will rip you off. They keep asking for me to deposit. But they aren't free no deposit spins 8f i have to deposit to cash them out

Dieses Casino hat sich eine neue Betrugsmasche ausgedacht:
Habe mit Rapid-Transfer 66€ eingezahlt, ein Weilchen gespielt und bei 114€ Auszahlung (mit derselben Methode wie Einzahlung) beantragt. Dann war Verifizierung notwendig. Kontoauszug hat nicht gereicht, der Support hat was von Skrill erzählt. Kenne ich nicht, habe damit natürlich auch nicht eingezahlt.
Alternativ wurden mir Auszahlungsmethoden vorgeschlagen, bei denen die Mindestauszahlung 200 € beträgt.
Update: Konto ist mittlerweile geschlossen. Geld wird (wie in den AGBs angegeben) per Überweisung ausbezahlt. Warte darauf seit mittlerweile 8 Tagen. Nachfragen beim Support per Mail werden nach 24h beantwortet: "... die Finanzabteilung hat aktuell sehr viel zu tun"
