Castle Fine Art レビュー

Delighted with my artwork, Dan - you have been absolutely fantastic from my first enquiry, to you sourcing me the picture, and helping me all the way to receiving it yesterday, what a fantastic service, with only one day delivery from despatch. Would highly recommend *****

Very positive experience ordering from Castle Fine Arts. Customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the items that I ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. The info I received prior to and after ordering was super helpful, and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Easy to buy, contact from them was excellent and easy to deal with

Great service. Lovely people. Love my art. The hanging service was brilliant

I must reinforce my previous feedback regarding Castle Fine Arts. Daniel my consultant has been amazing & kept me totally informed about all aspects - in particular regarding delivery of my piece/s. As for the packaging of & delivery of both pieces - perfect!! ( as expected). I highly recommend Castle Fine Arts, Daniel Tortos - fantastic art consultant & a huge thank you to all involved with the packaging & delivery arrangements ( the professional care that went into the pieces I bought has been 100 percent!!). Every single step has been totally flawless.

Recently I have bought 3 paintings from Rafael Mazzuco from Castle Fine Art Gallery in Bath. This was one of many purchases there since 2015. James was very helpful, polite, friendly and professional as always. He personally helped with delivery and installation. Tony Church has installed them very carefully, despite their size, weight and fragile surface and challenging access in height and narrow staircase. All packaging was taken away, carpets were hoovered, and in friendly atmosphere advice was given regarding final arrangement. Tony and James have helped even with re-installing my older paintings. I was always very satisfied with their service.

Tanya and Tony were friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend them.

Castle Fine Art have worked with us in acquiring some amazing pieces.
This final one was Shadowman and we love it.
Thank you Rebecca for making it happen at Cardiff and Tony Church for delivering and installing it for us.

After a six week wait for a Dylan painting to be delivered and installed it was very disappointing to find the frame was marked on all four sides. This was picked up by Tony the installer.
I have bought many original paintings and prints from Castle Fine Art and overall I cannot fault the gallery staff in Exeter, especially Chris, Tanya and Elizabeth, and Tony the installer who always goes the extra mile.
I just hope I don’t have to wait another six to eight weeks for its return.
Update: It’s now ten days since my last review.
On enquiring about the time of return I was told it would be another two to three weeks. On past experience this will likely be another six weeks when arrangements for delivery are taken into consideration
I have reduced my star rating in the hope management will see this and hurry things up.

Driver on time
Very good at hanging our picture

Cleaned up as he went
Very polite

Daniel was very patient and helpful and I have no problem with recommending Castle Fine Art as a great place to buy from

Easy to work with. Super reliable, and only inquire if you had previously expressed interest in a particular piece, style, artist. Got two pieces and will surely get more in the future!

We visited Castle Fine Art in Cardiff, not expecting to buy anything, but buy something we did. The piece we bought almost sold itself, but the deal Lucy put together for us was great and put any umming and arring on our part to bed.
The whole experience was excellent and very relaxed. We spent most of our time having a drink and chatting with Lucy about Billy Connolly and the best bars to visit. There was no issue with us taking the night to make a decision on buying the piece and when we returned the next day Hana was waiting to offer us another drink and make all the arrangements, making it all pretty seamless and as relaxed as our chat with Lucy.
Our deal involved 3 pieces, which were very carefully delivered, perfectly packed by Matt.

Fabulous people who love what they do!
Martyna is a star ⭐️ and loves finding pieces that you will love for a lifetime.
Tony fits the pieces with ease and makes even the trickiest jobs look effortless.
Great team - great art - great experience
Well done CFA 🙌🏻

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Kloie Thomas-Witter when purchasing the Duncan McAfee piece "Everything is Ok"! She was very helpful, courteous and informative on the purchase and shipping procedure. Will definitely be buying more from Castle in the near future.

Fantastic service from the gallery to the installation. Tania was wonderful and helped me choose the perfect James McQueen piece. Tony installed the art exactly where we wanted, was incredibly polite and friendly. It was an exceptional experience throughout! Thank you both 🥰

Dan from Castle Fine Art was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and explained the process of ordering in good detail. Very happy with the service

Dan completed my installation. He was extremely professional and the result was amazing! Took his time to make sure the art work was perfect. Very happy indeed with the service!

Genuinely knowledgeable staff, engaging and happy to spend time talking about the pieces. Popped in for a look round and left around an hour later the owner of 2 beautiful pieces by Lawrence Coulson. The staff in Oxford could not have been any better to deal with!

This was my first big purchase of art work for my home and on delivery I was so grateful to see such warm, friendly faces.
Clare and Tony were professional but kind and relaxed with it!
The full experience made me feel so comfortable and ease!
I wouldn’t have wanted anyone but Tony to hang my art, I was definetly in safe (and tidy!) hands!
