Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I would like to sincerely apologise for both the delay in your order and the lack of communication you encountered.

This is extremely disappointing to read and falls well below the level of service we expect to provide to our clients. While we do have processes in place to ensure timely updates and clear communication, it is evident that these have not been followed on this occasion, and for that we take full responsibility.

We would also like to reassure you that Rachel does actively monitor and respond to customer communications. Where concerns are raised, they are escalated internally to ensure they are properly reviewed and addressed. However, we fully recognise that in your case this has not been handled as it should have been, and we are very sorry for the frustration this has caused.

We would very much appreciate the opportunity to put this right for you. Please could you contact our Client Services team at clientservices@castlefineart.com, where your case will be immediately escalated and reviewed as a priority. We are committed to resolving this for you as quickly as possible.
