Castle Fine Art レビュー

This was my first big purchase of art work for my home and on delivery I was so grateful to see such warm, friendly faces.
Clare and Tony were professional but kind and relaxed with it!
The full experience made me feel so comfortable and ease!
I wouldn’t have wanted anyone but Tony to hang my art, I was definetly in safe (and tidy!) hands!

I have purchased five pieces of art from Castle Fine Arts, through Maria at their Stamford office, and the whole experience has been fantastic. Maria and the team there are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without ever being pushy. Every piece has arrived in perfect condition, beautifully framed and installed with great care by the installation team. The attention to detail and care for their customers really stands out. If you're looking for quality artwork and a smooth, trustworthy buying experience, I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience purchasing our piece from Daniel at Castle. We made a change a couple of days later that he took in stride to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Seamless execution from all parties, wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another item from Daniel. Hope to again! Thank you so much for the excellent service!

The artwork was superb and well-packaged. I could not fault the customer service. Dan Tortos was very friendly and provided detailed information. I would not hesitate to recommend Castle Fine Art again.

Great advice re buying pictures that work with my existing one . Dan takes precision to another level . Very happy with the service

Thank you

Ashleigh Wright has been fantastic support throughout my purchase. I'm so grateful for her communications with me. I felt we had a really lovely, fun connection. She was amazing at supporting my request of a little more information regards my purchase and ensuring delivery was very thorough! The purchase was a gift to my husband, yet I'm the one who feels spoilt!! THANK YOU ASHLEIGH!!! Anyone wanting to make a purchase from Castle Fine Art, definitely request specifically for Ashleigh! If she happens to be unavailable, still make that purchase as Castle Fine Art, really look after everything. If their other staff are even half as good as Ashleigh, you're in good hands.

Daniel Tortos, kept us fully informed at every stage, was very approachable and very ameniable.
Responded immediately to any queries or worries we had through the whole process.
We were disappointed at the start of the process when we didn't receive a receipt regarding our on line purchase.
Daniel stepped in with reasurances that made us feel confident and comfortable with our dealings with Castle Art.

What an amazing team - from the purchasing with Lucy and then the installation with Tony
The installation was so easy and the pictures were installed with minimal fuss and with such a friendly, happy team - thank you x

Lucy at Cardiff Castle Fine Art was wonderful. She took the time to get two prints out just so we could see and told us lots about other art work we liked. She was knowledgeable and friendly and took all the time to help us imagine the picture in our home.

Fantastic service from Nicky and colleague no pressure sales and worked out a brilliant deal for me. As an added bonus they are going to set up a preview so my partner can be surprised top notch service all round

Lucy gave me excellent advice and guidance on buying my first Bob Dylan print. She was polite and friendly with a good sense of humour.
Tony who installed my print was also polite and friendly and helped me position the print.
I would highly recommend Castle Fine Art Cardiff in every way…thank you and I am delighted with my purchase and beautiful book.

I had a fantastic experience with Daniel from Castle Fine Art. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing three Robert Oxley pieces for my new home.

From the very beginning, Daniel provided excellent guidance without ever being pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me choose pieces that suited my space, and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable.

My home renovations were delayed, and Daniel was more than accommodating by arranging to safely store the artwork until I was ready. Once everything was complete, he ensured the delivery was prompt and hassle-free.

His professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service made the whole experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Daniel and Castle Fine Art to anyone looking to purchase artwork. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience!

07/04/24 Update #01 three weeks later
● ● ●
we paid them in-full 74 days ago but "CASTLE" hasn't been able to coordinate signature delivery for my five paintings package as agreed-upon last spring
● ● ●
people were shipping boxes between England and America in the 1700s, hundreds of years ago, (without computers)
● ● ●
i'm not angry at all but our confidence level is ZERO and there are people working there daily to support their families, and yet their employer "CASTLE" can't complete a simple uncomplicated transaction after seventy-four days
● ● ●
too much time spent constantly fussing with technology and robots, leaving no time for focused cognitive problem solving to the benefit of their human customers who provide all the money which fuels all business activities

recently purchased several pieces of artwork from Castle Fine Art, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the artwork has exceeded all of my expectations. Every piece is beautifully presented and has transformed the look and feel of my home.

A special thank you goes to Rebecca at the Cardiff gallery, who provided exceptional customer service throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the right artwork. Her advice and attention to detail made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

I’d also like to thank Tony, who came to my home to install the artwork. He did a fantastic job, taking great care to ensure every piece was positioned perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated, and the finished result looks amazing.

Overall, I am absolutely delighted with both the artwork and the exceptional service I received. I would highly recommend Castle Fine Art to anyone looking for beautiful artwork backed by a first-class customer experience.

Superb experience all round from the Leeds team. We bought two pieces and were lucky enough that the artist was doing an a small event so got to see the pieces and meet the artist. Amanda even took and shared some lovely pictures of our family whilst there. Luke was an excellent communicator throughout and Dan when delivering and installing our pieces was the definition of above and beyond. Couldnt recommend the whole process more highly.

Have bought several pieces from them and have always had excellent and thoughtful service. They came and installed the latest purchase and were happy to give me advice on several hanging issues. Would definitely use them again!

Excellent communications. Friendly, knowledgable and informative. A real pleasure to deal with.

I have been a regular customer of Castle for a number of years now and thoroughly impressed with everything from start to finish and couldn’t recommend this company enough. Jonathan and Liam are unbelievably knowledgable of the art and artists they represent and make every visit a pleasurable and informative experience. Dan the technician, who came to install our pieces, did an excellent job, paying tremendous detail and offering great advice so that the pieces were positioned exactly right to get the very best from our new artwork.

I bought a stunning piece from Castle Fine Art a few years ago and experienced fantastic customer service at that time. I recently encountered a few framing/environmental issues that were not necessarily the responsibility of the company. However they could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve the problem, at no expense to myself. I cannot recommend this company enough. (In addition, I asked them where best to promote my excellent customer service experience, unlike so many other companies!)
