Castle Fitness - Personal Training レビュー 

I started training at Castle Fitness in January 2026 after numerous failed attempts at other gyms because I couldn’t keep myself motivated. I thought this might be the same but boy was I wrong!

Brad set out my goals from the start and was determined to help me reach them one way or another.

His fountain of knowledge is mind-blowing and his unmatched passion for fitness has taken me to new heights.

I can’t thank Brad enough for helping me push towards my goals and have fun in the process.

This is the best training facility in Winchester. I have trained at Castle Fitness since August 2021, mainly one to one PT sessions, but also small group PT sessions, and the functional fitness Saturday sessions. The one to one support is unmatched, having had PT sessions elsewhere previously. I lost 3 stone by December 2022 - a solid and steady weight loss that I have maintained through continued sessions and advice from Castle Fitness. Castle Fitness is all about training for lifestyle and longjevity, not quick fixes. I couldn’t recommend the facility enough.

I started strength training with Brad about 15 months ago and it’s been absolutely game changing. The impact on my endurance sporting performance from increasing my strength has been huge. Also just going around daily life the training has a very noticeable effect. Everything is easier.

Brad’s approach is meticulous, he creates a personalised structured plan which I follow each week, and then we have one face to face session where Brad supervises my form and ensures I’m pushing myself to get the progressive overload needed to get stronger. His attention to detail is amazing and he creates a comfortable, welcoming and friendly environment to train in. The gym itself is excellent, impeccably clean with great equipment and vibe.

Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Brad to anyone who wants to get stronger, fitter, more confident or just live their best life.
