Zelie Moves Pilates レビュー 

Zelie’s background in physiotherapy clearly shines throughout her Pilates sessions- her attention to anatomical detail is second to none. She takes time to talk you through each movement in a clear and coherent way, and her cues (especially visual ones) are truly helpful. I love the pace she works at; you feel challenged but equally not rushed to get through as many exercises as possible. I found her sessions to be well thought out which is what I believe makes the difference between a good Pilates instructor and an exceptional Pilates instructor. Zelie definitely falls into the later category.

I did a private Pilates session with Zelie a little while ago and have been meaning to leave a review. She’s clearly well trained and pays close attention to the individual, adjusting the pace and giving gentle, precise guidance whenever it was needed. The session was challenging in the right way, and I came away with a better understanding of my own technique. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive, professional instructor.

I’ve had a great experience working with Zelie - I came to her because of her joint experience in both physio and Pilates as I wanted to work on increasing some mobility issues I’d never fully regained after an injury a few years ago. She’s professional, friendly and very attentive - couldn’t recommend enough!

My series of pilates classes with Zelie were fantastic. She took into account my lower back pain and planned adjustments to movements accordingly. As a beginner, I mainly wanted to pick up excercises that I could easily continue myself outside of classes, and would help to reduce the pain and increase my flexibility over time. These goals and my ability level were well considered in Zelie’s planning of lessons and she made my goals feel very achievable.
Teaching was calm, professional, and knowledgeable with great step by step instruction when I needed it.
