We purchased a Vehicle two months ago from Castle Motors, Jon was lovely from start to finish, answering all my questions even the silly ones.
We took the car back today due to a fault, they took the car straight into the workshop to be checked, it was a faulty door lock, the mechanic was really friendly, explained the issue and offered to fix it today, once repaired they will valet before collection.
The sales team and after sales are excellent.
We will certainly be recommending Castle Motors..

I have had my ford ranger Platinum now 3 weeks and it simply is an incredible vehicle .
Jon at Castle Motors took care of everything I needed to get the Truck I wanted ,answered all my questions and dealt with the sale very professionally I couldn't of asked for more I would highly recommend both Jon and Castle Motors.

I had the need to return my Range Rover with 3 different typical Range Rover faults under my warranty period.

On each occasion the engineer was waiting expecting me corrected each faulty swiftly with a smile really nice guy a pleasure to deal with and service that's very hard to find these days,,,,excellent.

Today I purchased and drove away with a used car that looks and feels brand new! Exceptional service and professionalism from Ollie everything was completed with cheerful ease and good humour & I’m delighted with my purchase. I was looking for a cheap runabout and happened to see a vauxhall Corsa on the castle motors website. Although it was the cheapest thing on the forecourt it was in pristine condition inside and out. Ollie showed us round the car and let us take it out for a test drive.
I could have taken the car there and then but decided to pick it up a couple of days later. The whole process was easy and painless and the vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived. Ollie sorted out the paperwork and off I went.
Top quality vehicles and top quality service. Would recommend to anyone.

I recently bought an Aston Martin from Dale. I’m extremely happy with the car, Dale arranged a very professional delivery service. I bought the car blind so was a little nervous but it was everything he said it would be. They seem to get hold of the very best vehicles. Huge thanks to Castle Motors.

Purely by accident, I saw a vehicle I liked the look of. A telephone call to Dale and we verbally agreed a part-exchange price for my car; I paid a holding deposit and made the 400+ mile journey to Cornwall two days later.
I used to live in West Devon and my Father bought cars from Castle Motors many years ago. It was great to see that they have still maintained a great showroom, keep a very good range of top quality vehicles (prepared to a standard rarely matched by any other show room I have visited) and the vehicles are realistically priced.
Upon arrival I was met by Ollie, who performed the inspection of my vehicle. I was permitted to inspect and test drive my 'new car'. We agreed the deal and duly completed the purchase and admin aspects. I could have drove away the same day, but chose to return the next day for the handover.
I drove back the 400+ miles home a very happy man.
A big thanks to Dale and especially to Ollie for making the whole purchasing and handover process a breeze. The car is stunning!

We recently purchased a new MS-RT van from Castle Motors, and what can I say... A fantastic experience all round! We dealt with Jon, and he was excellent from day one, he helped us with the buying process and we were able to collect our new van smoothly, and promptly! We also traded our previous van in with Jon and the sale of that went extremely well also.
It is very hard to find a car dealership like Castle Motors, the attention to detail, the quality of their vehicles, and the quality of their staff is unmatched.

We purchased a Corvette from Ollie at Castle motors.
After a 240 mile drive to get there we was welcomed with a lovely cup of coffee and helpful staff, we was given a tour round there showroom and there workshops which was quite impressive, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Thanks

Unfortunately bought a car from Castle Motors recently and although the advert was written saying in their words " with 72000 miles service history and then serviced by ourselves"
In English i believed this to state there's 72000 miles service visor NOT 2 services?

I only recieved 2 service receipts and was informed any other service history is now kept online which I would find myself. To recieve this info I needed to register online with the vehicle details after purchase On the Ford site. This was not the case and no service history was found. I have been over 2 weeks trying to chase this up and each time I spoke to the salesman he palmed me off with excuses and things to do like contact vospers directly myself, this is exactly what I did copying the dealer into to email after the phonecalls. Vospers responded with the same info as I found online saying there was no online Service History for this vehicle. I also needed to also update the stereo myself through another source costing more money although this is suppose to be part of a service I was informed later.
I was finally informed by Castle Motors yesterday I could have a refund but I would have to pay for the removal of my private plate myself and do this before returning the car . This also puts more expense in my lap and none on Cattle Motors. They had firstly offered a service next year and maybe a Valet instead at the same time. Unfortunately I now don't trust a word I'm being told. If I remove my number at my expense I am not insured to drive the vehicle all the way back to Liskeard without paying for my insurance to be changed.

Anybody buying from Castle Motors Please make sure everything is in your hands before leaving with your new car as you will unlikely recieve it after you've left the garage. I purchased a £650 warranty which at Castle Motors at the same time being conscious their warranty may not cover repair costs but taking other reviews I believe the warranty they sell is not worth purchasing. I really wish I hadn't set eyes on them although I initially loved the car and still do but I now have a vehicle that dosent have the service history I thought I purchased and the customer service is appalling. Any decent salesman would have sought the service history themselves and not left it to the customer. Please read the code of conduct for Motor trade salesmen set out by the Motor ombudsman where is stated they should not mislead customers verbally or in writing with adverts etc regarding the vehicles their selling and their history etc because they obviously mislead me and tried telling me I was taking it wrong. I have gone so much stress trying to resolve this myself and I'm now at the end of my tether unfortunately. I would have driven back up today if I could have to get my money back but to be told I have to wait another week when I had things organised isn't good enough. They could have waited for me to send them the V5 the same as I had to wait when I bought the car

Just taken my pickup pack due to wheel arch plastics going white. Called them they booked it in and replaced them with an upgrade to painted ones at their cost.

I am delighted to have received delivery of my Ford Mustang purchased from Castle Motors.
The entire buying process has been very professional, efficient and seamless from start to finish and it has been a pleasure dealing with the owner/director of Castle Motors, Dale Flood.
As I live around 300 miles away and unable to make the trip to view the car in person, this wasn’t an issue due to Dale providing photos, videos and answers to the very many questions that I had.
My expectations were fulfilled upon receiving the car and seeing it for the first time in the flesh. It truly is immaculate, even having been driven all that way. The delivery service has been faultless. I was kept informed of who was making the delivery and when and given an ETA on the day.
On reflection, I had been a little uneasy about buying a car without seeing it in person but there was no need at all. Thanks to Castle Motors, my remote car buying experience has been refreshing and indeed a great pleasure.

bought car from castle motors went back to have it fixed six times but still a fault and sold me a warranty from AUTO PROTECT which is useless 12 weeks car in garage now waiting on decision if to pay out do not buy auto protect
