Bought our car 3 days ago ,all's good, very impressed with the service and the outstanding presentation of all the cars on sale from the low priced to the high end motors

Jon is honestly amazing, so helpful and good spirited. I always drop him a message when confused about anything going on with the car and he’s always happy to help and gets back to me within a few hours!!

We have purchased many cars from Castle Motors over the past 15 years or so and have always been delighted with both the advice and the professional friendly service we have received.
The thing that impresses us most is that we are always given the same level of service and aftercare whether buying a family run-around, a luxury saloon or a super sports car. Part exchanging our cars has never presented a problem either and CM have always been happy to buy back the vehicles they have previously provided. The cars are always presented in immaculate condition and are always ready for immediate collection/delivery. The team handle all the paperwork including Road Tax and Private Registration Plate Changes.
For a massive range of vehicles and years of trouble free motoring we can highly recommend the whole team at Castle Motors.

Jon made my car buying experience just that...... a real pleasure and memorable experience. He always made time to speak with my son and I when we visited the showroom (on numerous occasions!) and never tried to force a sale on me. When I had (finally!!) decided on the vehicle to purchase he made the process so simple from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and this is continuing even now after my purchase. I cannot recommend Jon highly enough - he went way beyond what he had to do and was able to execute a memorable day for my son and I which will remain with us forever. I had a brilliant experience with Castle Motors I bought my car with such ease and everyone was very friendly. With any purchase you get 3 months warranty and when I had a minor issue, I contacted Castle Motors and had the problem sorted swiftly.

I recently purchased a car from Castle Motors without being able to personally inspect it beforehand due to my location. This initially worried me, but Jon from Castle Motors made the entire buying experience an absolute joy. From the beginning, Jon provided exceptional customer care by reassuring me and promptly addressing all my questions. He went above and beyond to ensure that my buying experience was exceptional.

Not only did they hold onto the car for me in their garage for a month until I could collect it, but they also ensured that the car was meticulously cleaned and prepared upon my arrival. When I picked up the vehicle, Jon gave me a comprehensive walkaround and explained how to drive and enjoy my new car.

Having found our dream car we were looked after by Jon Barnfield who treated us with the utmost courtesy and nothing was too much trouble. We did have a problem with the car after a few weeks but Jon took care of us and made us feel comfortable during the repair process . Castle identified the fault and fixed it without quibble . We will definitely go back when we are ready to change to a different car.

A honest and helpful company. Whilst out of warranty I had a small issue, I asked for help and they kindly obliged. Main dealers could learn from this can do attitude!
