I never got it delivered ! They delivered wrong product and I paid for that and have got a refund for original product as they could not deliver even after months.
I am never ever going to buy from them and asked my friend ( who recommended catch fitness) not to recommend this company in future to anybody and he agreed .

While the back bars I brought are very good the customer service experience was horrible. I brought a product that said it was in stock yet it took months to receive my item. I had put a PO Box as my delivery address and received an email the next day saying they needed a street address, I sent my street address back straight away and assumed everything was fine. After weeks of not receiving my parcel I tried to get in contact many times via emails and Facebook with no reply. I was about to dispute the transaction through my credit card but it had been too long and they couldn’t help. I finally got a reply saying they were waiting for my street address, but you could see in the email chain that I had replied with that address a month ago. They then lost my package and after many phone calls with the courier we found out it ended up in Perth instead of Adelaide and somehow ended up with a different courier company. I did finally receive the parcel but it took 2 months and I don’t think I’ll ever order from them again as the delivery price was quite expensive especially considering it took so long and I feel like I never would have got my package if I didn’t keep contacting them.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered Smith machine bundle with matting and additional barbell. When ordering (August) we noticed a number of items in the bundle were available September but the Smith machine would be available in October. Before placing the order I called catch to confirm we could collect barbell and weight plates as soon as available and receive the rest as it came. Was advised this was no problem at all, just advise in order comments which I did.

Clearly no one reads the instructions as I spent the next 3 months trying to explain what we had requested. Eventually they tried to execute what we had been asking which has resulted in the one delayed item arriving at our home and everything else is lost in transit between their Sydney and Melbourne warehouses.

The customer service of this business is atrocious, orders that were supposed to be totally fulfilled late September/early October have still not arrived by 30/11 and no one in the business can help.

Any savings this business could offer are totally lost by the headache of dealing with the business, if you ever get you equipment in the end (still waiting on ours).

Either order from a more reputable company with stock on hand, or order directly from suppliers in China. Both will have better outcomes and service experience.

Good communication via Facebook. Quick response and only 1 day turn around. Power rack is great and sturdy.
