I am so delighted shopping with Catch Fitness. I have cancelled my membership with Anytime and fitted out my entire home gym with Catch gear. The quality is very good and for the price you cannot go wrong.

I had a great experience with this company! The customer service was unbelievably amazing got back to me within a day !
Once my delivery arrived the item of the quality arrived with no damages whatsoever!

Amazing service amazing equipment nothing to complain about at all

Has been over 3 months since I placed an order for an in stock item, every time I try to contact the warehouse to pick up the item I am told I have to wait for a collection email. This is despite the tracking of my item saying it is at the depot and ready to collect. Terrible customer experience

Absolute terrible service. So far have failed to deliver the promised good, now 3 months overdue. It is very difficult getting a straight answer after repetitive emails. Additionally one of the products I purchased I have been advised that it is not available anymore and I can have a refund, yet it has been 14days already an I still have not received a refund.

I was advised my good are in the warehouse ready to be dispatched and that I will receive dispatch information soon, yet it has not been 3 weeks and they have not yet been dispatched.

A solid and heavy half rack , didn’t realise it’s 125cm width , now I need 7 feet barbell , still happy overall

Equipment is great, I’m obsessed with the quality. I ended up making a second order where I met the boys at the warehouse who were so lovely to deal with :)

Poor customer service. Impossible to get through on the phone because you only have one customer service agent answering the phone. Also, your voice mail message always says we will get back to you, but nobody ever calls back. Very disappointed

For all your home gym needs you can’t beat this place. Bought myself a complete home gym set up, including a power rack with cables, dozens of weight plates, 3 Olympic bars, a dumbbell & weight plate storage rack, several kettlebells and even gym flooring. Amazing Quality like what you’d expect from any professional gym and everything was always handled quickly and efficiently from the moment I made the online purchase. Great service from the staff, everything is competitively well priced especially for the quality of the equipment and Most of the time the products were available for pickup the same day, Would 100% recommend to everyone looking for a good gym supplier.
