Great service. Awesome service and customer service.

Product still hasn’t arrived after a month. No response from Catch about where it is or what’s happened to it. Very unhappy.

Didnt get all parts as yet and not even on time, a worse service i ever encountered.

Steve’s customer service was next level. Initially, shipping costs to Perth prevented me making an order. I was keen to lock in a Beast v2 setup. Steve reached out and was able to locate an alternative courier service at a competitive price - enabling me to proceed with my purchase. Further, when I wanted to subsequently add a few extra items to my order, Steve assisted me to include them all within the one shipping cost. My equipment has now arrived. I cannot wait to put it together and get to work. Thanks again Catch Fitness! Cedric.

I have trained at a few strength and conditioning gyms, and used many different brands of equipment.
I purchased a barbell and bumper plates from catch and they are as good as any other brand I have used.

I ordered $2500 worth of fitness gear. It was well priced, shipped in good time, but is now missing. It has been 10 days since it was 'received at depot' but cannot be found.
I appreciate the shipping and depot issues are outside of Catch control, however; Catch should have a process of set time for resolution for issues and once that time is reached, resend order to customer and take up the issue with your courier / depot supplier. Don't leave the customer waiting.

The products look and feel well made. The delivery was fast. The whole transaction was simple and good value. I’d definitely buy from catch-fitness again.

Staff there were so friendly from the moment I arrived, got help from Steven! very kind and helpful - loaded everything in my car for me too!

I got a nice bench & floor mats for cheap for their black friday sales, and the quality is amazing - it's very industry standard as you would see at the gyms.

I will never buy this company's product again. The product came much later than scheduled. Even the screw that assembles the product is defective and cannot be assembled, so I have requested a refund.

I’m a small business owner from the Sunshine Coast and have been looking around for some quality gym equipment and catch fitness have absolutely nailed it! They had some amazing deals over the Black Friday weekend and when I couldn’t decide on what to buy I called the sales team and Jeffery was unreal!
