The machine is great after completely set up, after the 6 months of back and forth communication (steve was an a fantastic help) now all parts of the machine is good and ready to use. Only downfall the the machine is the fact the chair cannot be adjusted to suit other body types. Overall is a good operational machine. The delivery could have been improved and the chair being adjustable would make the machine perfect.

Great showroom packed with awesome products. Exceptional quality gear and excellent customer service.
Definitely buy all my gear from here in the future.

Hopefully this is a one off and others haven't had this experience. Ordered a dumb bell tower 8/7/22 which was in stock. Several emails later it finally shipped on 19/9/22. Several more emails and we still haven't received it on 12/10/22. Probably won't order again from Catch and definitely won't use Aramex to ship anything. We've had to wait a very long time for packages coming with them in the past.

Absolutely Horrible Customer service. Quoted $1500 for shipping! Charged us everything and then said they don’t ship to where we live…..

Took excess of 2 months to organise a refund!!! And we had to go through Mastercard insurance because they would not give our money back for no reason!

Their customer service manager was beyond useless, half assed emails and no effort for resolution.

Do not recommend - use another company!

Item delayed so dramatically I had to ask for a refund it was a stressful experience. There was no transparency at point of purchase that delays would be so bad.

Staff is friendly and even showed me the new showroom on level 1.

Honestly the worst experience ordering anything. Ordered a product in April, was meant to arrive in May, then June, then August and then September. Had to email catch fitness for updates through this whole process. Magically they found some stock when i expressed my disappointment, said it was shipped on the 7th of September. It's now the 29th of September still waiting for my order to arrive and not that confident that it will.

Ordered the V2 standard power rack for pick up. Boxes fitted easily in my car. Assembly was pretty simple. Looks great (red), nice and solid. Just need to get another set of j hooks (or 2) to save having to move them around. Safety bars seem solid too, just hope I don’t need them.

Team at the warehouse were friendly and helped us select the equipment that would best suit our needs.

Gym mates were great. Ordered 4, needed more, so ordered another 2. Great quality and feels like you’re at the gym again but at home

The build quality of my Chikara pullover is unbelievable! It is at least equal to the top end gear on the market. Every steel bar connects with rolled edges making joins super strong and ensures perfect alignment. All bolts and bearings are true heavy duty. It's beautifully designed, built extra tough and smooth as. This series and new direction on quality is a huge win for Catch.

My 3rd order. This one came within a week. Steve organised all details perfectly. Quality products that look like they will last my long-term needs. Very happy with all my transactions. Thx guys.

Great service

- Delivery time was excessive in my opinion for the price paid
- packaging of racking was average and the unit was scratched in transit. Also catch stickering damaged. That is a minor thing but we have spent a lot of time fitting out our gym and like everything to look great
- missing bolt that I will now need to go to bunnings to replace

It’s been two months at least and after many phone calls and emails I still do not have my product. After asking for a refund they would not complete. I have used catch fitness for a along time but after this experience unfortunately I don’t think I will again. I would either like the product I brought or a refund.

Have purchased from Catch Fitness a few times. They’re my go to people, quite happy with them. Great staff, customer service is excellent & very helpful. Pricing is 👌🏼
Bought gym mats & going back for more 🤓

I purchased the fly attachment from catch fitness.i bought this to fit on my megatec adjustable bench from Sam's fitness. I originally had the fly from Sam's fitness way too heavy and was uncomfortable. This one fits on my megatec bench and is so much better 30kg feels like 30kg not 80kg. I bought the attachment on a Wednesday it arrived the next Monday only a few days later. Delivery was with A1 distribution. Excellent and will be buying the preacher to replace my Sam's fitness stuff
