Cathedral Dental Clinic is excellent - Dr. Vida Kolahi has treated our whole family for years and whatever the issue (or phobia!) she has been such a kind, patient, highly-skilled and efficient practitioner - would recommend to anyone!

Today in your clinic, Mrs Amanda Webber cleaning my teeth. I felt very comfortable in the whole process of tooth cleaning. I didn't feel very nervous.
Because my experience of tooth cleaning a year ago was not very good, I was forced to swallow a lot of water.

Exceptional care

My experience of the Cathedral Road dental practice generally, and Dr Vida Kolahi specifically, is unequivocally positive. Extremely positive. I have been attending the practice for many years and have had a variety of treatments over time as my teeth have deteriorated as I have got older.
I am moderately fearful/anxious about dental intervention but this is always massively allayed by Dr Kolahi’s skills and overall approach: everything is very clearly communicated and whilst there may be occasional inevitable minor discomfort there is never pain. Also, and importantly, Dr Kolahi is unfailingly ‘up front’ regarding dental work costs and cost effective solutions.
All in all, my experience of Dr Kolahi is that she offers a Rolls Royce dental service that I would unreservedly recommend.

Lovely welcoming, good dealling and professional staff.

I first attended with a minor detail issue, which was resolved quickly. The sevice was excellent. The team were very professional. It was easy to engage and to book. The front of house team, helpful and thoughtful. I saw my dentist and the matter was resolved quickly. I have been back for checks and routine work. I see my dentist regularly, the orthodontist and the dental surgeon several times. All have been highly professional and very nice!

I find it reassuring that I can go to see my dentist or hygienist and have the support of the team when I need it. I very much appreciate the high level of customer service and care, the consistency and having everything in one location.

This is a five-star service, a rare thing these days.

Where to start? I've been a patient at Cathedral Dental Clinic for many years, this might sound strange but this is the only dentist that I look forward to attending to my appointments, the clinic itself is a center of art, calm,clean and modern, staff are highly educated to provide best customer service,management team always on the site to add extra attention to the service you receive and the last but the least is the dentist. I love my dentist Dr Kolahi, I would never trust anyone else to consult me if I have any issues with my teeth or if I'm considering any facial aesthetics, I've been recommending them to all my friends and family with so much confidence over past 12 years and I'm glad that none of them had any different experience. Where to start! Outstanding service by cathedral dental clinic, friendly, professional and they really do look after you. They went over and above to fit me in last minute to ensure I could have my teeth whitened for my wedding! I really appreciated it! In addition I have had two cosmetic teeth appointments with Dr Vida Kolahi and she is brilliant, she will not let you leave that chair unless she is 100% happy! Her attention to detail is fantastic and I’m so happy with the treatment I received! Thank you so much x

I booked a consultation for cosmetic treatment and I applied for a finance and it has been declined so the 60 pound it’s supposed to be deducted from the treatment I will have so I take few days to think about it and I call the clinic to book a treatment and they asked me to pay another 60 pound to secure my appointment which is sounds wrong for me you can’t ask the client to pay upfront they appointment and they said this is the clinic policy and the 60 pound consultation is not refundable I visited different clinic before no one treated me like that I am really disappointed with the way they treated their patients I chose to lose the consultation fees 60 pound rather than do anything in the clinic and they have to provide the real clinic policy online on they’re website rather than take the money from clients and then saying it’s not refundable and take it or leave it
The issue has been solved Mr Ali is very helpful and he booked me for the treatment

Have never felt so comfortable at a dentist or during a procedure before. Team is very polite and all go the extra mile in ensuring you’re comfortable and know what is going on

I needed emergency treatment for a smashed tooth and was amazed how quickly and calmly this was sorted out. I expected a nightmare but it was all completed before I knew it. Fantastic
