Essential app for UK drivers
I’ve been using Caura for a while now and just renewed my car tax through the app. It’s honestly the most convenient way to handle vehicle admin. Everything is clear, the payment process is secure, and it saves me a lot of time. If you want to keep your car life organized, this is the app to get.

You cancelled my account without notice and now I have 8 unpaid ulez fines, absolute shambles!

Rubbish app

Rubbish app.
I did not go into the areas that caura specified unless if someone borrowed my car from parking without me knowing! I paid twice but charges still kept showing up.

The charges shown in-app are not outstanding charges for those areas but the option to pay for these if you have driven into the relevant charging zone (e.g. City Charge zone, airport drop-off, or toll).

Great service to have Quick easy and hassle free
Also use app for toll and bridge fees which again is quick simple and esy to complete. Defo recommend

Easy way to pay airport drop off charge.

Having tried unsuccessfully to log on to the Heathrow AirPort site to pay drop off charge, I came across the Caura app on Google.
It was simple to input the car details and immediately the outstanding drop off charge appeared. It was a simple matter to make the payment via the app.
It also stores details of MOT, car tax and insurance dates. Very impressed and would recommend to any car owner.

Easy to use and quick

Easy to use and quick. Takes the worry out of getting tolls paid. Thought I was doing a return trip but ended up coming through a different way back so ended up overpaying but I should’ve just selected a single to begin with.
