Don’t use this company they keep your money ! And they don’t like paying u it back

David the boss, at the first meeting comes across as a very professional guy promising you the earth.
as time goes on you soon realise he's all bluff and bluster. he very rarely gets back to you.
keep a note of everything he says because that will change
i never said that ?
will charge you the earth for doing very little .
just beware of the devil in disguise.

Communication is greatly lacking at the CCL Property.

When I requested an update on the progress of my house purchase, the person I spoke to was unable to give me any information but promised someone would call back. This was in the afternoon, and by 10:30 the next day I had not received a call back despite my obvious anxiety. When I followed up and called the office, the person I spoke to was defensive rather than helpful and offered no apology for the fact that I had not received the promised phone call. I was then sent an email copied to my lawyer complaining that I had been abusive, which was not. I then contacted the Edinburgh office to experience the same lack of accountability. I will take my custom elsewhere than CCL as I was not treated as a valued customer. The entire problem could have been avoided by improved communication on their part.

if your willing to spend lots of money as a buisness avoid at all cost you as a customer means nothing to the staff there other than another payment. cant speak to a manager direct ,I have used these guys for 2 years and they where flawless but then it came to something as small as a £80 faulty monitor they refuse to issue a refund , just this year I have paid these guys around on advrage £64,000. As a business i expect at least smooth returns process expecially for something simple as a monitor or anything , when i purchase 100s of these units , I understand yous have a process but your staff was not willing to forward me to someone at least incharge to quickly sort things out , but your happy to take my money each week. Well No More Man I have made my last payment of £1,456.50 last week to this company.

Good communication and a quick, efficient service. Honest and realistic. Would highly recommend.

CCL were very professional and i didnt have to worry about anything at all. All aspects were carried out efficiently and i was kept up to speed at all times. Would definitely use again.

Very straightforward and helpful agents to work with in my house sale. They managed all aspects and obtained a buyer within one week of marketing the property. Would recommend.
