This is our second year dealing with the CDL Group and as last year their professionalism, guidance and knowledge is second to none. Our Auditor Ian is firm but fair and helped us tailor a process that ensured continued development in line with ISO standards

I made contact with Kerrith a few weeks ago to book in some welder qualification renewals, he was really helpful and had us booked in within the hour with a date that suited our busy schedule.
We had Paul in today to witness the tests and he was amazing from start to finish.
The Welders always dread test day but he made the whole process stress free and relaxed for them whilst explaining exactly what they needed to do.
It always helps when the Inspector is an ex welder who has been there and done it, which all of CDL's inspectors have.

Kerrith’s demonstration of of the two Bipol video scopes we were interested in was comprehensive and detailed, all features were explained and we were able to use that information to experiment practically with the devices.
All questions were answered, plus many more that we hadn’t thought of.
