Do not buy from this company, if you are not satisfied, they do not refund you, seems to me they are a load of sharks selling inferior products and you e wasted your money,I am so angry with them, for conning me.

I bought a foot drop brace but was too small so returned for refund, after 2 months from return item received still awaiting refund and Cedrow have not replied to emails, there does not seem to be a connect number

Unfortunately, after the second time of wearing, the drop foot brace has caused painful lumps and irritation on the top and side of my foot and my ankle is very tender. The hard plastic puts too much pressure on my foot, making it painful to walk, so I’ve had to stop wearing it.
Ive ordered another which is soft material, but the time of delivery seem to be taking a long time.
I wasted my money on this product.

This brace did not do its job. It did not bend at the ankle it caused a bruise on the front part of the ankle, because it was rubbing. It’s so not worth it . It’s been more than 24 hours they have not contacted me again to get my money back. 49.99 it says 30 day money back guarantee.

I never received the product. I would like a refund and nobody will answer me eith a solution. I have been trying since last week. It was shipped at the beginning of August and I never receievedit.
Can I please get a response?

This was by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

The company advertised a shipping timeframe of around 7 days, but my order ended up taking more than 30 days to arrive. Throughout the delay, I was repeatedly given excuses involving distribution and the delivery company.

When the product finally arrived, it was the wrong size and I was unable to use it. I contacted customer service, and at first they appeared willing to help. They asked for my shoe size and additional information, which I provided. After that, communication essentially stopped.

I have emailed repeatedly trying to get this resolved because there is no phone number where you can speak with an actual representative. At this point, I am stuck with a product I waited over a month to receive and cannot use, with no meaningful assistance from the company.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Cedrow. The shipping promises were not accurate, customer service communication was extremely poor, and my issue remains unresolved.

The product arrived and looked used, sent it back to a UK address and loads of crap emails wanting me to confirm shipping, proof of delivery and since then I have been waiting 4 weeks for my money back...

STAY CLEAR OF THE PRODUCT AND COMPANY, ITS A SCAM

placed an order that took weeks to arrive, when it did it was faulty, contacted them 3 times and when they did reply the gave me a return address in the USA that I would have to pay for despite the item being faulty when it arrived.
Am perusing a chargeback through my bank. Will never place an order with this company again.

Bought a ‘drop foot brace’ for my husband off Cedrow it snapped within 4 weeks. When I emailed them they replied promptly and asked for photographs which I did. They offered a replacement which I accepted. To date I have not received a replacement and neither are they answering several emails i have sent them.

AVOID CEDROW AT ALL COSTS

I cancelled merchandise and Cedrow shipped product anyway. They are totally ignorant of emails and their shipping is the worst. They do not supply any tracking information, to prevent buyer from refusing delivery at the door. AKA: Sneaky Delivery.
