Worst Customer Experience

Worst Customer Experience

I ordered what was supposed to be brand new suit from Mary Yeager and I was sent very rough looking suit without tag. It was obvious it is not new. I contacted their customer service and I waited days before they answered. Poor Fabric Quality!!!

They said I will need to send the item to China and it will cost me £20 or I could keep it for 30% refund and give it away to Charity or free exchange.
I asked them why they could do free exchange but not free return??! They sent me an address in China and maintained what they said before. This must be the most expensive return ever on earth!

They are literally forcing me to keep this horrible suit!!!
This is the first and last time I will ever patronise them. I don’t recommend their services for my worst enemy (not that have any!)

Horrible customer service and poor communication!!!

I ordered a jacket that took over two…

I ordered a jacket that took over two weeks to arrive (I assume from China, the day they are based in Netherlands) I complained and was told that's a normal time for delivery, at no point do they tell you that it's 2 weeks. It arrived today and it's a cheap immatation of the jacket I ordered , cheap material, stitchings coming away and I've not even worn it. Be warned that they are scamming customers,

They will now probably add a comment that they will reach out, they won't and they will just say sorry and will never offer a refund.

This Website is the biggest Fraudulent…

This Website is the biggest Fraudulent Company ever. DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered a dress and something totally different came. When I ask for prcess they told me to take a photo of dress and packaging which did then they offered me 15% of the costs and said the cost of shipping is between £5 -£40 my order was £40. Anyway when I refused they increased the refund amount to 30% and seid I need to send item to China for inspection, bare in mind this company is suppose to be in the Netherlands. I acknowledge that I have lost out and should be more vigilant next time. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. The quality bears no resemblance to the description . I recieved enormous plastic shoes instead of size 5 leather ones. They took weeks to come so I realised they were shipped from China. To send them back and ckaim a refund the company wanted me to pay for the shipping which they said was between 20 to 40 pounds ....! Awful ....please be aware

Buyer Beware

They say when something seems too good to be true it probably is. I purchased a jacket described as a ISABELLA LAURENT | LEATHER JACKET WITH TIMELESS EDGE. It was in the sale and down to £39.95. The jacket eventually arrived and is plastic and certainly not leather. I wouldn’t pay £10 for it. Based on their ‘hassle free’ refunds policy I contacted their customer service team and as the jacket is NOT leather believe I have been sent an incorrect item. False advertising does not appear to be covered in the refund policy and they either want me to accept the jacket with a bit of money back. (current offer 30%) or post it back to China at my own expense. The jacket, according to their website, has nearly 4k reviews but I have been unable to write one there. Trust pilot appears the only place I can use to try and warn people not to buy. I am currently in an email conversation with ‘Sophie’ from their customer service Team.

Update 11/5/2026- the offer has increased to 60% of the purchase price back IF I change my review. I am not for sale and am pursing a chargeback from my credit card company. I suggest those of you experiencing the same bribery offer do the same. These people need to be stopped and I will be writing an article about them to spread the word.

I am happy to confirm I have been offered a 60% refund for the inconvenience and can't fault the level of customer service I received from Sophie.

Purchased what was advertised as genuine leather jacket, what I received was cheap plastic nothing like what was advertised!! Wouldn’t give refund unless I returned at my own cost!!

Company is a Scam so be warned

Company is a Scam so be warned. Product that gets delivered is not even close to what you order. The items they send probably don’t even cost £5 in the shops here and are not the items you order but when you contact them to inform them that they have sent the wrong item, they tell you that even tho they sent something else that we have to pay the postage to China to return it which is according to them about £30. Looking at many other reviews of them - this seems to be normal practise for them! The products on their Website look good - but believe me when I say….. you don’t get those just the cheapest of the cheap products that they have lying round at the time and apparently it doesn’t even have to look similar. Be warned because you will be scammed if you order from this company.

Avoid at all costs a complete and utter…

Avoid at all costs a complete and utter SCAM ordered 2 Mens tracksuits for my son which took 3 weeks to come and tracking is terrible and then when arrived the jumper doesn’t match the colours of the bottoms on both and the material quality is terrible and might as well of gone to B&Q and bought myself a paper suit for £3 rather than spend £90 with the shocking retailer.

Don't buy from here

The quality was truly awful ordered a wool overcoat took about 2 weeks to come and was definetly not wool, closer to felt you could see through it in parts not worth £10 let alone the £35 it is on sale for or god forbid £70 it would be full price

Avoid!!

I recommend avoiding this company. I ordered a beautiful, flowy chiffon dress, but I received a polyester rag that doesn’t even resemble the dress shown in the photos.

Even when the product ordered is completely different from what was received, they expect you to return the unwanted product at your own expense to China (!)
Instead of a full refund they offer you a store credit!
Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Fraud

Fraud. They send low quality and wrong item and then ask you to send it back to China for the price of the item.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!
Please stay away from this guys. Their website descriptions are completely not true and when you receive wrong items with very poor quality they don’t comply with their return policies they have on their website. They offer 50% return instead of full amount. This is ridiculous. They dare to make profit by sending the cheapest plastic ever stating in their description that products are quality fibers and then they don’t take responsibility for it. Such a shameful business

Scam

Don’t take any notice of the good reviews posted on here. I ordered a jacket, it took ages to arrive and is extremely poor quality, very thin material and stitching is poor. The company address on their website is in The Netherlands but items come from China. Complete scam. I’ve emailed their customer support three times and had no reply.
They are now claiming that they have replied to my emails but this is not the case. No response received

Chinese Low Quality Scam

This is a front for a Chinese low quality manufacturing business. Purchased two Command Collar Long Men's coats. Both arrived wrong size and length, poor quality materials used (low density light wool, 100% polyester liners). Fasteners were advertised as invisible buttons and arrived as sewn on standard black plastic buttons with cutout. Overall, neither product is anything close to what is advertised. I will update the review if customer service returns are positive, but I am not hopeful. Spent over £100 and feel completely ripped off at this moment.

UPDATE: The resolution offered is to provide a 42% refund to keep the product (which is nothing I would wear due to fit and quality issues mentioned above), or pay for it to be shipped back to China at my cost for a full refund (which will be less the £40 to ship it back, so virtually the same). Either way they’ve fully ripped me off!!!
I’m speaking to my credit card company to get a charge back arranged and am reporting them to trading standards.

scam !!!!

bought midi dress, took 3 weeks to arrive while not being given a single update

Returns have to made to the warehouse in China, rather than the one in england for some reason?? and shipping has to be tracked and paid for by yourself
spent £50 on a dress and don’t want to spent a further 20 shipping it to china

£50 dress and it’s worse quality than shein, completely see through and the zip doesn’t go the full way down because they stitched the dress over it
