Let’s say it was a 5-star performance

Let’s say it was a 5-star performance, but I ordered the mask several days ago and I’ve only just now been alerted that it will arrive several days late even though I expedited shipping. But—I didn’t realize this company is in the UK, so the delivery date is reasonable. However, had the order been processed immediately it would have been on time.

Impeccable customer service

All I can say is that the customer service is impeccable. I had recieved a damaged cutout and the person I spoke to, Sasha I think it was, was just so understanding and patient with my rants about the courier as it was a birthday gift for my sister. I did also briefly speak to Abbie who was also lovely.
I would most definitely order from here again based on the service alone as it seems to be rare these days.
I did actually purchase last year but have been a little poorly so here I am now. Better late than never I say.

While the ordering and delivery was spot on I am disappointed with the product. I could have blown a picture up on the computer, cut it out and stuck it to some corrugated cardboard. It looks like it's been cut with blunt scissors

We have not been able to identify this as one of our orders. Perhaps it is feedback about a different vendor. Our Cutouts are printed in High-Definition Full Colour on Ultra smooth Board made especially for us. They are cut using state of the art equipment and look absolutely fantastic.

Ordered a smaller cutout, it arrived safely & in plenty of time.
It’s made well & is nice & sturdy.
My friend absolutely loves it, she even strapped it into her car when driving it home 😂

Watch out for delivery times

Bought a cut out and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Ordered at 1530 on a Wednesday item arrived the following Monday. When I contacted them I was told it was because I ordered at 1530, their parcels had already been collected and DHL do not deliver on a weekend. Item was great, good image and good material.

40th birthday surprise

For my sister-in-laws 40th birthday I ordered a lifesize version of her favorite idol. I loved standing next to him when he arrived and I can't wait to get him at her door to surprise her on her birthday 🀩🀣 It isn't even MY idol and I loved receiving him haha 🀣

I just wanted to leave a review to thank Celebrity Cutouts for providing such a fantastic service. Not only were they so efficient with their communication, but the speedy delivery was also very impressive as well as the quality of the item I ordered. I can't recommend them enough!

Great FUN Party Props

We ordered for life-size cut outs for a dinner dance that we had in May 2023.Crooner Greats Sinatra, Dean Martin, Bobby Darin and Michael Bublé. Two had to be special order where I came up with the image I wanted, and the company reps were able to work with me to make it a reality. Each was sturdy, true to size and great props for photo opportunities.They were the hit of the party.

as an obsessed fangirl

as an obsessed fangirl, i’ve bought almost 20 cutouts from celebrity cutouts. i can’t imagine buying cutouts from anywhere else. their shipping is fast, checkout is easy, and they are such good quality. i’ve only had one problem with my cutout coming bent (ups’s fault) and my issue was resolved very quickly and i got a replacement quickly as well. highly, highly recommend this place!

Excellent

I’ve just had my 3rd cutout. They are absolutely brilliant, also very fast delivery and well packaged. Highly recommend Celebrity Cutouts and will definitely buy from them again.
