Still waiting for samples after nearly 3 weeks, no one replies to emails.
Still no communication !!!!!
Stay away from this company, a total waste of time !!!!!

Product came as described, delivery was spot on. Gave it a 4 cause there was no manual instruction, it’s simple to assemble

Bought three beds that came without instructions and missing parts! I tried to make contact and didn’t get a response since delivery! Had to hire someone to fit up the beds, they advised that the parts were missing! The beds are up but not stable! I’m trying to go through the bank to get back my money! I would avoid them, I’m a returning customer but things have gone downhill significantly! They don’t even deserve one star

Exceptional service. So happy with overall experience. Can’t recommend enough of their service and the product quality is outstanding. They provide the best service from beginning to end . The quality of the sofa sets are so beautiful , being super helpful with my queries and measurements of the products. Delivery process went very smoothly and delivery service were very good

I love the sofa, however I would’ve appreciated if they were able to deliver to the first floor, of my flat, rather than having a policy that prohibits taking furniture up the stairs. The sofa was immaculate! I’ll still purchase again and highly recommend

Ordered a 3+2 set on the website, really impressed with the constant communication via WhatsApp on delivery estimates and ensuring delivery will go smoothly.
Comfortable set that looks even better in person and has elevated the look of our lounge.

Celebrity Interiors I discovered was used by a well-known company I order from on a regular basis. Due to that discovery, I decided to go directly to them and did not regret my decision.

I made an order to find out the item was sold out unfortunately for me but understandable because it's a beautiful piece it was a black and gold sofa.

The company called me first thing the next morning with the offer of the same item in a different colour, for many reasons myself and the company decided it was not an ideal piece for me (they really do inform you of sizes etc so there's no complications on delivery).

In the end, myself and the company arranged to exchange the item. I was offered options for the excess money such as a refund or I could put it towards my next order that I had mentioned. I chose a refund as it was my first experience directly with the company, they refunded the money promptly in accordance to their policies that were stated and I was shocked to see the refund so quickly I must say.

I won't lie. There was a slight complication on my end as my lift was slightly too small for a king size bed, but despite this, my actual order and delivery were amazing. (From ordering, changing/exchanging my order, and a refund. To; a week after I placed my order, I had my item due to stock availability and they called well in advance when delivering and stuck to it, they might of been slightly earlier to their credit, thanks).

Measurements are really paramount and I know they advise this for a reason and if you're like me and still go ahead do not underestimate anything, especially if you don't have help to get your items into your home.

I had ease with the actual item assembly wise, because as explained by the company, there were simple attachments to make, and that was it.

The item as a whole exceeded my expectations despite my open mindedness, I chose a stunning piece from the images that were sent to me via WhatsApp when exchanging my original order (communication was outstandingly great).

The images are 'accurate' on the site (as in I got what I saw and more), my specific piece I can admit took me by surprise and especially as it was my first experience with the company. I was mesmerised and knew from that day on due to the quality of the item in all areas being 'internal materials, external materials, attachments, storage space and quality' etc, I knew I will be using this company moving forward and have recommended them to many others also.

Definitely worth it, and they'll be seeing me as a customer again. Without a doubt, I'm looking forward to next time.

Yes, I'll admit that the company and I have already started discussing my next order. They know the piece, and I set a date in which they'll hear from me again (we found another/different sofa).

Ps; they offer different assistance for those who may need help, I like to pay in full, but they allow you to make down payments to assist you in getting your item.

Don't be scared to treat yourself. It's worth it!

Although the mirror I ordered didn’t arrive at the time I was given, we were given updates about the reason why and it was still a reasonable time when it did arrive. The mirror was absolutely worth the wait and looks stunning on my living room wall. Would definitely recommend Celebrity Interiors.

Fabulous service when I called to ask about the product, delivery date given on purchase and arrived on time with no problems. Absolutely thrilled with the quality and finished project. Cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic service and absolutely beautiful stock! Sofas look more stunning in real life, website pics don't do it justice. Delivery was seamless and company are very helpful.

The product (Sofa) is of good quality and made of robust material. The Celebrity Interiors team communicates effectively and professionally. They clearly described the product and were patient with me from the first stage of looking at the product till purchase. The delivery team handled the product adequately, though not with exceptional care or professionally. There is room for improvement in their handling approach.

However, one area away from the product that requires significant improvement is the delivery:
It took an entire month to deliver a sofa. While longer delivery times for customized items might be understandable, a similar window for in-house products should be reviewed and think about it as the competitors will definitely benefit from this point.
Additionally, the delivery policy has some limitations: they only deliver to the ground floor, not to the first floor. While this policy is clearly communicated in advance by Celebrity Interiors and highlighted by the team before purchase, it poses practical challenges. It may discourage potential customers, particularly those living on higher floors, from purchasing or even browsing the website. Considering the premium pricing of both the products and the delivery service, this policy could be a deterrent.
Celebrity Interiors might benefit from revisiting this policy and exploring alternative solutions with delivery companies to make their service more accommodating and customer-friendly specifically for heavy products like Sofas where exception or additional costs might be applied to satisfy costumer desire for the delivery to the first floor and at the same time Celebrity Interiors benefit from it as a unique value in front of the competitors.

Delivery is slow for £15! 30% of the cost of the item bought, expensive
