Good communication from vendors. Delivery of 3 seater Ambassador sofa was on time. Initially there was some difficulty fitting the sofa into my property, but a solution was found. Very happy with my purchase.

Was very surprised , had a nice gentleman call me after I placed my order to make sure it was what I ordered and sent me videos to show me the real colouring. And then 2 days later I had my sofa. Very impressed , and when the sofa came it was lovely.

Don't look at other customer reviews! I was also worried, but completely unnecessary... The sofa came a week later than it was little, but I'm very happy with the way it looks, as well as a man named Abdul, very nice and helpful... if in the future I will definitely buy from them again they have wonderful furniture :]

The team at Celebrity Interiors have been helpful and professional from the start to the end. They helped picked the right bed and mattress for me and my wife, and ensured we were happy with everything before the order was made.

Since the order was made, they have been in touch on a regular basis to update me on the order and the expected delivery time. Their customer service was excellent. Shout out to both Omar and Abdallah with their customer service.

I would advise to order furniture from here. The quality of the items are amazing. You will not regret it.

Ordered a sofa towards the end of Dec and was told the refund policy was very strict. Asked what happens if my item arrives with damage and was told there was a window of 24 hours to report this and that all products go through a healthy quality inspection both my 2 and 3 seater sofa's had damage to the gold detail. I emailed the company with information and photos of the damage who also trade as celebrity interiors who said someone would look into it for me. I had to chase constantly for over 5 weeks by email and call up for updates to be told its the season where staff take a lot of holiday. I kept asking for a resolution and came to the arrangement as the sofa's were manufactured in Germany they could arrange for a pen to be sent that contained the paint used for the metal. Finally the pen arrives with no instructions on how to use it and later that daty I went to B&N Bargains and The Range and the same pen they sent me is sold there!! The pen doesnt cover the damage. Not only is it a different colour but when applied 24 hours later if you touch it the ink rubs off. I have since tried to call the company 3 times sinece the pen has arrived but on one has answered my call. With that in mind I think my only options are the Citizens Advice and possibly small claims court. Its a real shame as the sofa's are lovely and comfy and I was never looking to make a return, just find a resolution over the damage. Adam is very friendly and helpful, but its just a shame I wasn't able to get back in touch with him or the company to explore other avenues of restoration.

Got messed around paid for items and a delivery which didn’t exist stay well away from this company It was a birthday gift and it completely ruin the birthday

The boxes where all damaged with holes in no screws for one chair one leg was shorter then the other
