I had a return authorised for an unwanted item which I then returned at my own cost over six weeks ago & have Royal Mail confirmation of receipt. Despite numerous messages back & forth advising my refund is being processed I have still not received my refund & now they have blocked me Instagram - avoid at all costs

Hi Cell Crazy, in response to your reply I ordered the item 29/4 & first contacted you via email on 24/5 to ask to return the item unused as it was not what I was expecting (I acknowledge this was my misgiving not yours) - as explained at the time I had been poorly during this period hence the delay in contacting you. You agreed to the return on 13/6 & have confirmed receipt of the item but to date I am yet to receive a refund. I would suggest you contact your bank or merchant provider if you have genuinely made payment to me as I have not received it.

Great service, we are using them from last 5 years for repair of our macbooks and iPads at pinewood studios and every time they have provided us great service with no complaints.

What can I say apart from what amazing people they are at cell crazy, I sent them my iPhone 8plus which was in good condition, and they gave me £265 for it, I was so so happy with that price, I will only ever be doing business with these guys from now on, so easy and they kept in touch every step of the way, and they even called me sir, thanks guys for everything

Amazing service from start to finish, we bought 10 iPhone X for our staff last week and they turned up yesterday all phones are very clean like new and they have also sent free cases with all phones. We will definitely recommend them to all.

My experience selling my iphone x to cell crazy was not a pleasant experience in the slightest. 5star reviews on trust pilot Swayed my decision which was my first mistake. I should have read the one star reviews too. Having posted my phone on 13th July and bouncing some 16 Emails back and forth between us I have finally received payment.
Never again will I choose a small firm for a few more pounds over the better known established phone buyers. Lesson learnt I guess, plus I don’t like being fobbed off of lied to. I wasn’t born yesterday and lame excuses do not wash with me. Despite Cell Crazy stating customer satisfaction is their priority I doubt that very much. No need to go into finer details on here suffice to say steer clear if you want a smooth transaction. I shall not be bothering to read any spurious reply from this company after my dealings. Rant over.

Apalling and Fake. Stay away from Cell Crazy at all costs! I ordered an Iphone Xs Max on the 31.5.2020 and I am still waiting for it 57 days later, whereas the website promises to deliver in 24 hours or at max 5 days. Tragic. At the time I found it odd that the only way to pay was direct debit. But now it makes sense, it's easier to scam customers that way. Stay away to save yourself valuable time spend chasing your order and employees that lie in your face about the whereabouts of your order, and not to mention throwing hundreds of pounds out the window for an order you will never get. Also notice how most positive reviews on Cell Crazy have been "invited reviews"... Well I'll be reporting my case to Trading Standarts to make sure fellow customers won't have to deal with this in the future.

Honest & trustworthy,I choose cellcrazy coz i was ripped off by another recycling company when i sold my phone to them as they offered me best price from all recyclers but after receiving my phone they put the value down after rejecting their offer I choose cellcrazy and i send my phone to them ,I was paid the amount offered and money was in my account next day. Highly recommend!

Very happy to recommend them to everyone, bought iPhone 8 in pristine condition for my mother, phone came after 7 days with box and charger well packaged. Only weak point is it took 7? Days for delivery as coz of current situation but apart from them i am very happy with the service provided.

I ordered an Iphone 7 plus on 28 June 2020. Since then I have sent over 11 emails and phoned Cell Crazy nearly every day chasing its whereabouts. Cell Crazy responded to some emails saying that they would find out what was going on and update me the following day, which never happened. When I phoned, and the phone was answered (not very often), I was assured that it had been dispatched and that I would receive the phone as special delivery, twice. That never happened either. I was told that it was with Royal Mail and I repeatedly asked for the tracking number, which I never received. I was informed today, 13 of July 2020, by email, that Royal Mail's tracking shows that the phone is still with Cell Crazy, which the company is denying. Royal Mail has been the scapegoat for Cell Crazy's inadequacies. I have been fobbed off repeatedly with lies after lies. I will never use Cell Crazy again and would urge caution before you do too.

Hassle free sale, sold my iPhone 11 Pro Max to them after comparing prices with other companies, they paid me best price. Payment got delayed for 2, days as they have procedures to follow for buying but overall a very good service. Definitely recommend.
