Still haven't received the phone I ordered 11 days ago, the tracking system Cell Crazy use is the Shop app which tells me nothing and Cell Crazy have not responded to my emails chasing, would definitely not use again or recommend.

Amazing service and best price found online.

Buy mobile phone for them they mark it as dispatched never send you a tracking number. Phone never arrives you contact them and give you a load of bull about been out of stock.
Then promise you a refund within 5 working days which you never get.
So had to get my Bank to intervene, that's they only way you'll ever get a refund
THEY ARE THIEVES SO BE AWARE!!.

Beware they operate under Cell Crazy and FoneGiant. Ordered phone which did not arrive despite several request for update with them. Palming off phone calls and emails. Eventually given upgraded phone which proved faulty within a week so sent it back. It took 2 letters and threats of legal action before refunded. Did not answer my calls prior to refund so suspect they saved my number to avoid it. Avoid at all costs and just pay the extra money to buy from a reputable seller.

Placed and paid for my order on 6th of December. Never received the goods. I've sent dozens of emails not 1 reply received. Called the number given several time at various points during opening hours, never received and answer. It's now 24th January and I have had to go through my banks fraud department to obtain a refund, hopefully I receive it soon. I wont be using this company again and I certainly would recommend it to others

I wish there was a negative rating. Bought this phone for a gift. I ordered blue colour Samsung galaxy A23 but they sent me black. Also the phone box was open and all the security tags were broken. They sold on the pretext that this phone supports 5G but the phone says it doesn’t. It’s a cheat.

Sadly I seen all the fake 5* reviews before getting to real ones, without boring you, as previous reviews, no phone delivered! no one answers the phone and no one returns emails..
Bank is aware of these, and is sorting it! Stay clear

Ordered a phone 26th Nov, no confirmation email received but money taken , so called, no answer on the weekends. Got through Monday told it would be there weds, weds came no phone, so called back told I’m gonna post it today or tomorrow you’ll have it sat, Saturday came, no phone, called back on the Monday asked what was going and for a refund.
Was told refund would take seven days. I called back on the weds to make sure it had been raised and received it on the Thursday.
In the this period I had also emailed several times and not once did I get a response.
All in All terrible customers service, no one answered your emails, staff do answer the phone mon-Fri but don’t seem to have a clue what’s going on or just lie to you.
Trust pilots reviews are for a shop in slough but the shop is in Ladbroke Grove london and your payment goes to homes Ltd.
Although I did get a refund something doesn’t quite add up about this company.
It has a very slick website promises the earth and delivers very little.
I would avoid.

Ordered a phone on the 18th November. Had no order updates. It went past the expected delivery date so i emailed. No reply. I waited a few more days and asked for a refund. No reply. I sent another email still no reply. Tried to call the number in their website several times and its just rings for a minute then they hang up! Had to go through my bank to hopefully get my money back!
UPDATE 12/12/2022
After the dispute raised by the bank I finally received the phone. The order was supposed to be a gift which I had to give late as a result of the delay.

Purchased 2 iphone 11 pros. Described as very good condition but are near as new.

Best and easy service for selling my iPhone 12 Pro.
