Made an order for next day delivery - it did not arrive - no answer from the live chat - no answer from their email and when you call it goes to another "Overflow" department - Eventually after 5 attempts i spoke to somebody who said they were moving warehouse and would try to fulfil the order - as soon as the call was over an email was received to say it had been refunded. A complete waste of time - Avoid at all costs

Appalling service. No reply to emails. No answer on the phone. Advertise free UK delivery then charge. Do NOT buy from this firm

Ordered a screen replacement and by mistake its the wrong one at first had issue to get in toutch with the customer service to cancel the order

EDIT: 2024-01-25 : everything got fixed have been able to get a full refund and cancel my order changed from 1 star to 4 stars due to lack of communication (hard to get in touch ) but overall 4.5 stars should be the real note

Speedy delivery but unfortunately the phone was not compatible with our system and with great communication from Mike we got this sorted and a return made. I would use this company in future and would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic service! The first phone arrived next day, which to Northern Ireland doesn't usually happen! Unfortunately this phone wasn't compatible with out system but Hannah arranged a collection of it for us the next day and also a replacement with a compatible phone. No issues with the second phone at all. The phones are in great order and refurbished to a high standard. Honestly one of the best companies we've had the pleasure of dealing with.

Fast efficient online service, we would use this company again.

I ordered what I thought was one set of a headset/microphone. However, when I came to paying for my purchase, the screen changed and said there was nothing in my basket, so I had to repeat the process. On the second time I selected a slightly different version of the headset and once again went to the paying page, which closed before I thought the transaction had completed, as I didn't receive a confirmation page.

I don't like online shopping at the best of times, so as this had tested my patience, I gave up and logged out of the site. I could not see any confirmation email in my inbox, so assumed both purchases had been cancelled.

However, two days ago I received two parcels, each containing a pair of the headset/microphone. I thought both purchases had not gone through, so then I checked my Junk folder to find that both orders had been confirmed.

This is a little annoying and cost me twice what I wanted to pay but I am keeping both sets, one for home use and the other for office use, as I don't have the time to work out how to send one of them back.

Not the easiest of websites to navigate, so I hope it can be improved.

Fast delivery of good refurbished product

Fast efficient delivery, and a good price.

I bought a refurbished IP phone - a Cisco SPA504G and it was of very good condition. I had previously spent days trying to configure an ATA (HT812) to register, while learning, and gave up on it; the Cisco handset was therefore a gamble but I found it had been given a clean config and so I had it all working within half an hour - delighted, both with Cisco and Comms Warehouse.

I would have given you 5 stars but you advertised next day delivery to all of the uk and it took from thursday 5th of august until tuesday 10th august which is not next day delivery at all.
