I’m not sure if I should cancel my order it’s been stuck in transit in New York since the 13th, and they’re still waiting on a response from the company. I live in California, so I’m not sure what the best move is at this point. Any advice?

Horrible customer service product was cloudy and didn't work at all, I've bought from several vendors with sucess Celmade was definitely a rip.off I was sent sterilize water beware people.I took pics, videos customer service did nothing!!!!.

So glad I found this company! Best service from them, tracking updates are always available and accurate, products are amazing and have saved me considerable money and disappointment! Customer service respond quickly. Highly recommend so don’t hesitate!

I did not receive a shipping confirmation. My product was shipped in I bag with no labeling to say it’s temperature controlled. So it sat in my mailbox multiple days. The small ice pack was completely melted. This product can not be safely injected. Please have someone contact me regarding an exchange/return. I have photos if needed.

When package arrived the ice pack was melted and not cold. Needs to have a better insulation system.

The customer service could be a lot better. I have to wait a few days for a response. Difficult getting customer help on an item I accidentally purchased I still haven’t gotten a response on it. So now I have 2 of the same products that I’m being charged for on after pay

Good products, just very slow receiving them.

First two orders were processed as AfterPay. Next order would not process and it took 4 attempts, and then I had to use my charge card. I was overcharged by almost $60 although I entered the correct amount. I assume my bank also charged me an overseas fee in addition. I did not want to use my charge card, but nothing would process for AfterPay, and I email MULTIPLE times only to get the same response, which was not helpful. Customer Service sucks.

I ordered from them twice. The first time everything went smoothly. The second time I ordered in November 2025 and after about 4-5 weeks I never received confirmation from them that thy received my payment. It’s now end of March 2026 and I’ve been ignored every single time I’ve emailed them with no way of getting a refund since I’m from the US and made them a payment through wiring money…

Excellent product. Works very well.

My product took over a week to arrive from the time it was shipped. It is a product that requires refrigeration or it will no longer be effective. It arrives poorly packaged and insufficient to survive the trip. Your package will arrive warm. Other companies overnight ship for the price we pay for shipping here. Here you'll pay a lot in shipping and still have to wait a long time for a product that is bad. Other companies also insulate MUCH betterr, even though they dont need to because they ship faster. This arrived in plain envelope with a fully melted icepack and no other insulation.

I am livid. Let me start by saying that my first order with Celmade was over a year ago and was great. 2-3 days after placing my order I received it, ice packs still cold (as is needed for tox!)

However, right before thanksgiving (2025) I placed a large order and they never sent it. They played email tag with me for about 2 weeks sending me a tracking number that every time I checked said only that the label had been created. They finally sent me a refund and then stated that I would probably still receive the product which I absolutely did not, as they never even shipped my product.

Fast forward to January 2026- I try to reorder the items I tried to order back in November. 4 days goes by and I have not received any communication from them so I sent an email. Only then did they pack and ship my order. It took over 10 days to receive my order which we all know the tox looses its potency yet the scam company is trying to assure me that it will be fine. Furthermore, the second I receive my order I open it to put the (probably bad) tox in the fridge. At this point I realize 2 issues with my order: 1.) the screw threads I ordered which if you’ve ordered threads you know they come in a sealed package inside another sealed package - the outer sealed package being silver. Well my screw threads silver package was sloppily ripped open and NOT sealed. Then I go to look for my smooth threads I ordered (all the threads are purchased in packs of 10) and I have one singular pack of only 5 smooth threads packaged only in the first sealed package, not in the silver envelope. So I’m missing half of my smooth threads.

I immediately email celmade and they get back to me with so many excuses.1.) First they claim that 10 day shipping is their new policy because of tariffs and that the tox will be fine. 2.) Next they try to say that the silver packet ripped open for my screw threads is standard practice that they opened it to see how many were inside. Hmmm… yea not buying that. 3.) they ignore that I’m missing 5 of the 10 smooth threads I paid for and said that they come in 2 packages of 5. Remember, I only received one package of 5 and they were not correctly packaged in the sealed silver envelope they are supposed to be in(btw I have ordered threads from other places before and KNOW the correct packaging).

They ask for a picture so I send them a picture of everything I received in the exact packaging and lack thereof.

They ignore me. I reach out again they state that there are 10 threads. 🤦🏼‍♀️ duh, there are 10 screw threads but as you can clearly see, I only have 5 smooth threads.

I ask them to either refund me for the threads or send me the remaining 5. They refused. So, I contact after pay to just dispute the entire thing as my screw thread packaging was tampered with, I’m I missing half of the smooth threads I paid for AND my tox is almost guaranteed to be completely ineffective as it is stated everywhere on the internet that it MUST be refrigerated to maintain potency. After pay closes my dispute after 2 days saying they can’t do anything and I need to work it out with the merchant.

Idk what scam celmade has turned into but mark my words I will be disputing this with my bank first thing in the morning and I will tell this story on every platform on the internet!!

My experience with Celmade has been extremely stressful due to the lack of communication. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my order and have not received any response.

I understand that delays or issues can happen, but being left without any updates has caused a lot of anxiety and uncertainty. At this point, I’m simply hoping to receive clear communication or assistance so this situation can be resolved. I would not recommend ordering from this company, the stress that I have had is not worth the trouble.

I would be happy to update this review if someone from Celmade reaches out and helps address the issue immediately.

Package has taken over 3 weeks to be delivered and still has not arrived.
