Everything is well priced and fast delivery

My order was unable to be delivered as it wouldn't clear customs. As per their policy that is stated on their website, I am to be refunded if requested or product re-sent which they would want another address/name for the package different from the original one. I requested a refund and sent them all the paperwork from customs denying the package. It took several emails for them to acknowledge my request instead of pushing to resend the product even though I stated it in my original request. After that I followed up with them several times as no refund was issued. It has been over 5 weeks and still no refund and they stated they were still waiting on the other department. I ended up going through my bank and got the money back instead. Would never buy from them again! instead I highly recommend going through AceCosm.

I liked the Innotox product itself. It works great and the results are long lasting for me. One of my bottles showed up damaged, and that was a bummer. I didn't realize it until I opened the box. By that time the warranty had expired. But I'm going to order again and make sure to check the product immediately.

Customer service has been very disappointing. Communication is prompt when payment is requested, but once payment is made, responsiveness drops significantly. I have been waiting over a month for my payment to be verified, despite my bank confirming the funds were received. I have provided proof of payment more than five times, and there has now been no response for two weeks.

Shipping has also been extremely slow and unreliable. Items take a long time to ship, if they ship at all. Additionally, referral credits that are advertised are not honored at checkout.

There are other companies with far better customer service and shipping reliability. I strongly recommend doing thorough research before ordering from this company.

Poor communication. As a high volume customer for wholesale orders, there is lack of urgency, reliability, and I cannot even get accurate prices. I have waited 2+ weeks for the replies I have gotten. They check messages but do not have the courtesy to respond. I have customers throughout the entire USA, all high volume customers, and they all purchase Korean aesthetics and cosmetics. This is not damage to just one customer (me), but to over 2,000 of my members through the country. Maybe they are not a real company? It’s possible this is a fake store front. I have requested supervisor support, called, emailed, and send messages on WhatsApp.

Received my order promptly and it was just as it says. I used the filler and it worked perfectly! I highly recommend this filler! I will definitely order more!

Only 10 days in after first timing using.. results are amazing and perfect! Optimistic the results will last as they should.
