For far, the worst experience.
1) I hired an “end of tenancy” cleaning service including windows.
2) They quoted this without visiting the house (the two other companies did the inspection visit).
3) They assigned just one person to clean the entire house (150 m2, 3 floors, 4 Bed, 4 Toil).
4) During the cleaning day, Mr Raj decided to “update” the original quote arguing that the house has more complexity than they thought…And they kindly could do the windows cleaning the day after…charging additional ££££ …simply unbelievable.
5) The day after the cleaning, people from Hamptons did the inspection visit, and they refused to receive the house: there were MANY issues regarding the kitchen and toilettes. Lack of cleaning. Lack of professionalism.

I spoke to Raj Paul regarding my concerns for my parents and the environment that they are current living in. He gave me some practical steps to take and how I can access the help will need to help my family live a good quality of life going forward. I've already started the ball rolling and have made a start to clear the house. Thank you so much.

Simply excellent service! They dealt with a pretty gruesome mess of a fridge freezer. Contamination, broken unit all removed. The best thing in addition to the job well done is the excellent customer care from start to finish. The gold standard in their field and then some.

Having moved into our new home, we were quite worried after mould appeared shortly after moving in. We decided on Vinci response services after reading many reviews on various companies. From the first phone call with Raj to subsequent phone calls with Kristina in the office, we were dealt with in an incredibly polite and professional manner. Regarding Darren who surveyed our property to Craig who carried out the work, again we came across professional people who obviously knew what they were talking about, and also giving reassuring information without worrying the life out of us. From the first phone call to work being carried out on Christmas Eve was about 8 days, the speed of the service probably saving us from a far bigger problem a few weeks down the line. I cannot thank Raj and his team enough for great advice, and a fast response. I would not hesitate in recommending vinci to anyone. Great job, 10 out of 10.

Contacted the company last night about my mould issue, and by today I had a reply, with a phone call from Raj. What a top guy. He explained in detail the problem I have, possible solutions as well as some valuable free advice which was extremely kind of him. The issue is in my landlords hands for now, but if I ever need mould removal services personally I will 100% be using Vinci Response. Thanks again Raj, I appreciate your professionalism and honesty.

My whole experience from beginning to end, when I first contacted the company for a quote & spoke to Raj to the 2 lovely people that came out to remediate the damp was exceptional. Raj was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. My flat looked so much better after the work had been carried out. I am keeping my fingers crossed that the Mould won't return this winter as I have new tenants and replaced the extractor fan for a more powerful one. Raj was very helpful advising me on how to ensure that the mould does not return. Without hesitation, I would recommend this firm to my friends and family.

The service that Vinci Response Services provided can only be conveyed as outstanding. The service i received was excellent, Raj went through every detail before the work started. When Mick and Craig arrived they explained every detail, Mick's knowledge is outstanding and he provided some additional advice. The remediation work is at the highest quality, i would and i have already recommended Vinci Response Services.

Ben and Shane did a brilliant and really thorough job on clearing a huge amount of spilled paint from my patio. They were prompt and very polite. Raj back in the office was a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service from the beginning, from trying to explain the matter to Raj to having Gavin conduct the survey. We would not have known about the concealed mould in the house that was causing health problems if it hadn't been for their home check. Vinci Response Services comes highly recommended.

We had a severe pigeon guano infestation to an external facade and roof area of a 14 story building. I was introduced to Vinci Response who we instructed to carryout the removal and sanitisation of the building surface areas to enable contractors to carry out specialist works.I was extremely pleased with the efficiency, knowledge and commitment shown by VR in what was a very challenging environment. i will be using them going forward

Excellent service - we have just bought a new house and found a nasty window covered in black mould, Raj and the team sorted it within a day or so of contacting them, before we moved in. The price was extremely reasonable and Raj and Craig were friendly and knowledgeable. We now have peace of mind! Highly recommend.

Vinci cleaners totally saved the day by removing tough sticky gaffa tape residue from high up windows which we thought might not be possible. Lovely, professional staff - highly recommend.

Fantastic work. Mick and Mick attended our property and completed a Facade clean on our brickworks and did a great job.

We have an older property, so the results were always going to be limited; however they both did a great job from start to finish. The attached images highlight the quality of their work.

I would highly recommend Vinci and their team for future works.

Rarely am I compelled to write a review on anything these days but I felt I had to leave some comments here about our recent experience. We found this company via a google search, which is always a bit of a lottery, but we got lucky finding them. Following a few serious health issues with my mother recently we needed an emergency deep clean of her house whilst she was in hospital. The house was in a terrible state with all sorts of serious nastiness that needed to be removed and / or cleaned. It was a very stressful time but from the very first contact with Raj the process was professional, compassionate and discreet. They provided very a straight forward description of what they would do, how they would and how much it would cost. Then Shane and his team did a fantastic job, they don’t just dump a skip outside and fill it up for everyone to see, everything was bagged up and removed discreetly, anything of financial or sentimental value was sorted carefully ensuring nothing important was lost and the whole house was completed in 2 days whilst we were kept informed of the progress throughout. They had originally priced for 3 days so we even got a sizeable discount on the final bill !, how often does that happen these days ?.
It was a far better service that I was expecting and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough

Arrived and completed works on time.
The whole team were very dedicated, polite and hard working.
They were very respectful of the property and adhered to Covid rules at all times. The finished job was done to a very high standard and a few extra little bits too. The kitchen looks and smells amazing. We will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone wanting a professional, expert high standard clean.

Did research the market as not handled mould on a mass scale before.
The tenants had abused a modern apartment, covered with splashes of paint.
Mould covered ceilings, walls skirtings even the metal bed base, deep into the double glazing.
