excellent service, really helpful by email and on the phone to sort out things that weren't easy to understand from the website. We ended up with just what we wanted, and it arrived very quickly when we really needed it at short notice. Brilliant.

Beautiful well made product the quality and true colour of the item was amazing. Price was the best I researched and the delivery was super fast.

Absolute beautiful flowers, perfect for my Dad’s cremation stone.
I discovered a small single forget me not in amongst the packaging which was a really lovely gesture.

This is the second time that I've bought ceramic flowers to add to my parents memorial bowl at the crematorium.

They are well made and a great alternative to plastic flowers which I'm not keen on .

The first ones survived the harsh winter weather of the Pennines which is why I decided to buy more.

They sent me 2 white lilies instead of 2 white daffodils as part of the order, but replaced these quickly once I notified them. Delivery with DPD was fast.

My biggest criticism is the large size of the box that they were sent in, which needed extra packaging to fill the space. My suggestion would be to use a ' letterbox flowers' style of box which may reduce delivery costs too.
