Absolutely amazing customer service, Nadine went above and beyond. I ordered a mug for for sisters birthday, it was gift wrapped and posted super quickly with a hand written note, and she even added a little extra magnet. My sister loved her mug, I loved everything on the website and will be back for sure! Such great products. I highly recommend Ceramics By Nea. Can’t wait to get myself something!!

I ordered previously from Nadine and asked if she would be able to recreate another one to complete the set. Nothing was too much trouble, she is a pleasure to chat with and it is so obvious she really loves what she does! She is brilliant. The trinket dishes are absolutely beautiful and even added a little extra to my delivery, knowing I was a TS fan too! Would highly recommend and will definitely purchase from again! Thanks again!

I have bought many mugs and bowls from this wonderful potter, some as gifts, and some for me, and they are all just beautiful. The service from start to finish is seamless, and all of the orders arrive really quickly, beautifully wrapped and really carefully packed. I just ordered some custom mugs, and it was so easy to message her with the details. I got a really quick response, and regular updates prior to receiving them, so I knew the different stages were exactly as I had wanted. She is so thoughtful, and kind, which means a lot when you are wanting something so special, and personal. I cannot recommend this business enough, you will be really happy with her ceramics, and it is great to have some unique things to cherish and love. 5 stars from me for everything!

Nadine was amazing! I wanted a custom bowl with Taylor Swift lyrics for a wedding present and she could not have been more accommodating. The bowl itself is stunning and she was so responsive on emails. Could not recommend her enough!

I loved my mug i purchased from Nea.
It was customised to my request.
Nea kept me involved every step asking what size/shape etc i wanted and then kept me updated for the mugs progress in being made and then on its postage.
The mug so securely wrapped to within an inch of its life and arrived in perfect condition. Frankly im struggling not to purchase more! You will not be disappointed xx

I bought a personalised plate from Nea for a gift and I was so impressed by her whole service. From rapid responses to my questions before I ordered, to updates while she was working on the plate, to a really stunning finished plate that she'd packaged beautifully (and carefully!) for delivery. The design itself was simple yet really beautiful quality and I would definitely order from her again, and highly recommend her too.

Amazing customer service from Nadine. My initial purchase had got lost by the courier, Nadine was in constant contact with me always replied to me and even chased her end when the courier company wasn't answering me. My ceramics by nea addiction began after I saw some beautiful swiftie inspired ceramics on my instagram feed and had to have!! After my first purchase I was hooked and now have so many beautiful pieces…dishes, bowls, tea light, jewelry stand…I have also ordered several personalised gifts for friends (and me)….every single piece is stunningly beautiful, the colours and details are just perfect. I ordered my beautifully crafted mug after coming across Nadine’s site on Instagram.
After contacting her via email to request a specific bespoke design, she replied really quickly, was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted.
Took about two weeks from start to finish to receive my order (which is absolutely expected for a bespoke hand crafted item) and it was carefully packaged and beautifully wrapped.
She even included a lovely unexpected little extra as we share the same name!
Would absolutely order again and highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new mugs. It was the first time I ordered from Nadine's shop and it won't be the last. The mugs are gorgeous and very well made. She even add a lovely present.

I bought a fantastic mug after I stumbled across these gorgeous ceramics on Instagram. I almost immediately received a personalised email from Nadine, and she must have sent it straight away. The quality of the mug is beautiful (it's my new favourite), the message is spot on, and the bonus in the delivery was absolutely gorgeous! Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again, and I'm sure I will as I keep seeing more and more items that I love!!

In love with this ladies pottery. I ordered a gorgeous sweary coffee mug on a Saturday and it arrived on the Monday. I couldn’t be happier with it and the brilliant service. I will be buying more, I can see this being the start of a new obsession 😍
