Atentos, excelente atención y excelente servicio

He realizado tres certificados ya con Certiprof y debo decir que los procesos son rápidos y eficaces. Resalto la atención que recibí de parte de Sebastián Cataño, quien desde el inicio de mi proceso siempre fue muy amable en guiarme sobre las distintas opciones de certificaciones, proceso de compra y posterior atención para despejar dudas y ofrecer soporte ante cualquier dificultad que se presente. Resaltar que siempre fue una persona muy respetuosa, elocuente y educada.

El señor Juan David me brindo un soporte adecuado a mi necesidad en un tiempo corto por lo cual me siento realmente satisfecho con su trabajo, yo resido en Guatemala

Un material bien estructurado, coherente, y sobre todo el disfrute de leerlo, lleno de información pero sin hacerte perder.. Seguiría aprendiendo y certificándome con ellos.

Excelente servicio. No tenía a mano mi certificado y lo solicité a Certiprof por correo; tenía una urgencia para entregarlo en mi trabajo y el mismo día me contestaron eficientemente. Lo que no me pareció fue en relación a la página de certiprof, no fue muy intuitiva, nunca encontré la opción para iniciar sesión, además tiene muchísima publicidad y movimiento. Llega a abrumar.

I have lost the certificate of SFPC which was done 2 years back and write a mail to get the certificate again, the Response was very quick.
Within few hours I received my certificate..

Accurate, kind and fast service.

The course seemed to me to be trying to cover as many marketing topics as possible but with little information. In my opinion, the exam did not match the course material. Having already some marketing knowledge, it was ok for me. Super ok. But considering that this course is presented for people without professional experience, from my point of view it is a bit difficult. When I encountered confusion and difficulties, the specialized staff contacted me back quite quickly and helped me with pleasure.
