I had some difficulty receiving my official SFPC certificate because I purchased it before taking the exam, along with other certifications. Since the exam preparation course includes a specific step for acquiring the official certification, I couldn't receive the certificate and badge after passing the exam because I had already purchased it and wasn't going to pay for it again. Because this problem occurred before Christmas, I had some difficulty contacting support initially. But after they responded the first time on Monday morning, it was easy to get assistance. The service was very attentive and helpful. They resolved my problem very quickly and efficiently. Congratulations!

He realizado tres certificados ya con Certiprof y debo decir que los procesos son rápidos y eficaces. Resalto la atención que recibí de parte de Sebastián Cataño, quien desde el inicio de mi proceso siempre fue muy amable en guiarme sobre las distintas opciones de certificaciones, proceso de compra y posterior atención para despejar dudas y ofrecer soporte ante cualquier dificultad que se presente.
