I have been applying for refund . They are not responding over email. It's within 24 hours as per their policy . All my details have been captured incorrectly by their system .

SCAM!!! They say that the Credly credencial is free after approved the test but you MUST to buy the certificate to have access to it.

While the study materials and exam are free, the certificates and digital badges do have a cost associated with them, which exclusively covers the issuance of the document.
