We're so sorry — this is absolutely not the experience we want any customer to have, and we understand why you're upset.

From what we can see, the carrier's delivery photo indicates the package was delivered to your address. Since it didn't reach you, it's possible the item was taken after delivery — a situation that's frustrating for everyone involved.

When a package is lost this way, the carrier and insurance provider usually require proof such as security footage or a police report to approve a claim. Since you had shipping protection, we suggested contacting the insurer as the quickest route — but we realise this put the burden on you, and for that we're genuinely sorry.

We don't want you to carry this alone. Our team will reach out to the insurance provider on your behalf to follow up on the claim and push for a resolution. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
