Absolutely in love with these Swivel Accent Chairs!
I'm absolutely in love with these Swivel Barrel Accent Chairs! They were the perfect finishing touch for my living room, and the rich brown color complements my space beautifully.
Not only do they look amazing, but they're also incredibly comfortable. The 360° swivel makes it easy to move around, the stain-resistant fabric is a huge plus for everyday use, and the curved back with plush armrests provides great support for relaxing.
If you're looking for stylish, comfortable accent chairs that are both functional and elegant, I definitely recommend adding these to your wishlist!

No customer service after the sale!
bought 4 barstools from them. 2 of them have cracked backs. Sent them photos as requested. It is now 2 months later and their customer care team still has not responded. Have followed up several times by phone and they acknowledge they received my photos but the customer care team does not take calls, so basically, I do not think they are going to stand by their products. On 7/7/26 I received an email saying they received my claim and photos and the customer care team would reach out to me within 48 hours. It is now 7/28/26 and I haven't heard from them even after several attempts with follow up calls.

Do NOT recommend
Do NOT recommend! Received the incorrect chair legs. Emailed them immediately and I’m STILL waiting for the correct legs. It’s been over a month! Then asked what the process is to return the chairs since I’m tired of the run-a-round. I’ve been completely ignored on this ask, then offered a $50.00 credit. Seriously disappointing customer service and support.

Dear Customer,
We are truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies.
Regarding the missing parts — we do need to source them directly from our manufacturing facility, which unfortunately takes longer than we'd like. We completely understand your disappointment with the wait time, and we genuinely appreciate your patience.
For any quality-related issues, we do offer free returns and exchanges. However, since we couldn't locate your order information from your review, we're unable to look up your case history or previous communications at this moment.
Could you please reach out to us again at care@chairus.com with your order number? We'd really like to look into your case personally and find a proper solution for you — whether it's expediting the parts, processing a return, or resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
We take your feedback seriously and we want to make things right. We hope you'll give us the chance to turn this experience around.
