I order very little on line, however I was recently in the market for some new chairs and when searching lo and behold, the CHAIRUS site appeared. Order two reclining chairs with heat…
Order two reclining chairs with heat and vibrating massage opened up the box. The chair was ripped and it doesn’t lay back. It does not recline. My mother has severe neck, injury, and end of life COPD. I’m still waiting for a refund and a return shipping label.

This recliner is a manual model. To fully recline it, first pull the ring between the armrest and seat to extend the footrest, then lean your weight back against the chair. If your mother has a lighter build, you may need to manually push the backrest backward to lay it flat. We will send you an operation video shortly to walk you through the steps clearly.
Regarding the torn fabric on your chair, could you please share a full photo showing the entire back of the item? This will help us submit a claim to our manufacturer and secure the maximum compensation for you.

FAUX LEATHER
I recently bought The Leather woven strap seat bar stool. BE AWARE it is a FAUX LEATHER ( not mentioned online) I have to return. After a few negotiations, we were able to come up with an amicable cost of returning the chairs.
However, if you don’t mind the faux leather, the construction of the chair looks good.
