Almost perfect

We ordered three chairs and were sent four. The way it is advertised is very confusing. It said, on the order we had three items four chairs arrived. We should have been refunded the money for the fourth chair.

I’ve ordered twice from this company and have been pleased with the quick shipping and quality of the chairs purchased. Assembly was pretty easy, there were clear instructions and all the tools were provided in the shipment. When I had an issue and had to reach out to customer service, they were quick to respond and fair.

Worst customer service ever, they never returned phone calls or emails.
When you call their number an answering recording keep telling that they are open from 9-5 eastern time.

One of my barstools was broken. Box was not damaged in any way however barstool was completely broken in half.

Can't even put chairs together. Awful quality
Assembly was not possible as the chairs were machined very poorly - when fitting pieces together, the screw hole to screw difference between pieces intended to go together was over 3". Parts could not be bent to fit together, the chairs were not able to be assembled. Terrible quality, need a refund ASAP.
