I saved an amount to buy this heavenly made and stylish tech sunglasses. Oh my god... though there may be delay in shipping, BUT IT'S ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE WAIT! well, well. my friends are gonna ask about this definitely!
PS. their customer service team is 5 star too! they handled my waiting period professionally and made me feel that this company is reliable and they will fulfill the order.

Edit 2025-11-14: I have received a new pair that works as intended. James from the customer support team was quick to reach out and solve the issues after my previous review.
Original 2025-10-12: Works great when it works. However, the first pair I received of the Chamelo Shields didn't work at all and could not be charged. Chamelo sent me a new pair that worked great for a few weeks. Then they just stopped working. I tried sending a message to customer support but it seems I have been ghosted... Would have been a really good product if it had better quality!

I honestly cant believe how good the quality is. I constantly go through a pair of glasses and they only last for so long because of the wear tear of my daily life. The one I got, keeps it pristine quality to this day and i am baffled how superb it also looks on me. Im definitely getting my mom one now too!!

Haven’t had these glasses for longer than 2 months and they already broke from the arm of the sunglass.
The quality is bad and I’m not even sure they gonna refund me or replace my sunglass. No point in buying them.

Not worth it. very pricey with poor quality, after owning it for 2 months
problems listed below!
1- screen flickers
2- black dot forming in the middle of the lens
3- temple rubber tip comes off
4- temple broke off for no reason. didn't drop it or anything. just broke off for no reason( very poor quality )

Great for running with music. Best purchase! I have been using it for weeks.
These music shield glasses are super convenient for running. Bluetooth connects easily, sound is clear, and I can still hear my surroundings. They fit well, stay in place, and the battery lasts several runs. Simple, effective, and no need for earbuds. These glasses are a fantastic investment. Highly recommend!

These Aura Prismatic Smart Glasses are incredible! The electrochromic color-changing feature is mind-blowing — switching shades instantly depending on the light. The style is super sleek and futuristic, and they’re really comfortable to wear for long periods. You can tell the build quality is excellent, and they definitely turn heads wherever I go. Easily one of the best pairs of sunglasses I’ve ever owned!

It’s been over one month there’s still no status update on when my order will be shipped. I got an email from Amazon stating Chamelo is now available in the shop with the earliest available ship date for 2 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a company to ignore it’s customers like this

Startled that this company had the nerve to ask for my review.
Before buying, I inquired about the glasses' usefulness for workouts and the electronics' resistance to sweat, and was given assurances it would be no issue so I bought them.
The first cycling ride I went on with them was a disaster. Even at fully adjusted darkness, they are barely as dark as standard glasses. I found that sweat got on the control slide and caused them to go full light randomly and they did not want to respond to my finger at that point. So every minute or two they would go from dark to light and I'd have to try and make them go dark again.
After a while the sweat apparently got inside the power button and caused it to act up. The glasses would alternate announcements about power on-connected, power off, power on, power on-connected, etc. repeatedly every 15 seconds. They wouldn't turn off manually and even unpairing from the phone didn't stop it. I had to ride all the way home for 45 minutes that way.
When contacted, the company rep was slower to respond (several days instead of a few hours before purchase) and tried to talk me into keeping the useless (for my needs) glasses at a small discount. After declining that offer and asking again, several days I was given the return label and clearance, I returned them immediately.
After delivery of the return, another week went by with no contact or refund so I asked. Several days later I got a reply that was not helpful, and it became obvious that they were slow-pedaling the refund. So I filed chargeback with my CC. I never received the voluntary refund nor any communication from the company until today when they asked for my review. Well, here it is.

This was my first time ordering from Chamelo and i was a little worried due to shipping from overseas. However, immediately from ordering, i received confirmation and regular updates regarding shipping. This left me completely aware of where my glasses were throughout the process. Delivery was quick and both pairs of glasses were even better than i expected. Highly recommend ordering from Chamelo....You wont be disapointed with the product or service.

I am updating my review to reflect new information.
I purchased a pair of Chamelo electronic tinting glasses for approximately $250. Shortly after purchase, the glasses malfunctioned. When I contacted support, I was told I was not eligible for a refund because the 30-day window had passed and I no longer had the original packaging.
After I left an honest negative review on Trustpilot, a manager from Chamelo reached out and offered a full refund as a “special exception” on the condition that I remove or edit my review. Trusting this promise, I updated my review to 5 stars.
The refund was never issued.
Weeks later, I was told there was a “platform error” and that the payment was too old to refund, and I was then asked if they could send the money via PayPal instead. That also never happened.
At this point, the issue is no longer just a defective product — it is about integrity. I changed my review in good faith based on a written promise of a refund, which was not honored.
I am reverting my review to reflect my full experience so other customers can make an informed decision.
