I ordered my Rx Aura sunglasses May 17th, paid a nice penny for them too. It's now June 19th and absolutely no updates. I've emailed several times, radio silence! I wish i would have know how bad customer service was before I ordered! I know these glasses probably blew up because of TikTok but come on, hire more people and just let everyone know how truly long it is going to take.

Have placed order with zero communication. Crap customer service

I ordered sunglasses about 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive any status update on when they will be delivered, when the website specially says 2-5 days. Additionally, I was charged $50 extra dollars for a “gift card” that was auto applied to my cart, and I could not remove. I’ve only received one email back from them, after days of trying to get a hold of them, and they are unresponsive for a refund. Their phone number also does not work, and it seems like many people have this same issue. Starting to wonder if this is a scam. Just want to warn other people.

I received my glasses on 6/15/2026 and when I unboxed them I could see in the right lens on the left corner looks as if it is slightly chipped, or something else that is going on with the lens. I looked at the manual to see if maybe it was a peel able film on them, but I didn’t see that anywhere in the manual, so i just let it be and thought maybe it was a product defect unfortunately. I wouldn’t have thought paying the price I did for them would have an issue, especially on the lenses, the main reason why you want to order them… I would have to say that is my only issue this far. I have sent an email to Chamelo, but I haven’t received a response yet, and when I called the number that was provided, it was almost as if you were calling someone’s line and not really reaching to someone that handles customer service for the company.

The product is 10/10. Communication was slow, but that can be fixed :)

Ordered glasses they guarateed that they will send it in 7days, after 14days and several email letters they remembered that it will be delayed because they dont have in stock so i can wait or they will return my money, asked how long is going to take to restock, here we are 2 weeks ignoring, 8 letters already sent 0 communication.
Delivery service i would give minuse points if i could. Want some tips, find other company for glasses...

Please note that for international orders, customers should be warned about extra customs fees. I was surprised by an unexpected $73 fee that I wasn't made aware of beforehand.

Well two. Still waiting to return. No answers from them.

I'm very disappointed with customer service and shipping. Its been 10 days and I still don't have an update on the shipping status and they said it was going to take 2-5 days. Nobody answers the phone, I send them multiple emails and they only responded to one email saying they are delayed and will notify me once its shipped. I'm thinking this is probably a scam and I will never receive my glasses or my money back. I don't really write bad reviews but this definitely got me upset, these are very expensive glasses with the worse customer service.

They stole my money, after 2 months in return process, I'm still waiting for my money back. My sunglasses came defective. Don't buy!!!

Being able to run and adjust the lenses on the at different times of the day. While being use Bluetooth with my phone

I ordered some glasses and they haven't arrived—bad service.

No response from the company. Placed an order. Got an order number but nothing since. No one picked up my call. No one answered my email. No live chat when I was on their website. Guess time to charge back. Is this a real company?

I along with so many others am having a shippment delay. It’s been 10 days since I ordered without any shipping info and I’m gonna be out of the location where they are being sent to. Plus I got overnight shipping for it. I live on the road for work and having to deal with this delay is infuriating.

Superb customer support after the sale up until the point of delivery.

My glasses haven’t arrived for a month now there is no live support and no one picks up there number a customer shouldn’t have to chase there package this is so dumb instead of replying to this message reply to my emails chamello on shop it says partially delivered I haven’t even got a a tracking number I am NEVER ordering again $800 for Wht ridiculous

I felt at the beginning the customer support was great. Just at the end I didn’t know when to expect my replacement glasses

I really have to notice the great customer service. They helped me with all of my issues and were really kind and answered fast.

i order my sunglass june. 2 .. but it is cant track my order. im still waiting today is June . 9.
