Having had a previously bad experience last year with an agent who monopolises the market in the area, we were incredibly cautious when appointing our next agent.

We have been extremely delighted with our choice to use Change Homes. From the first appointment, Callum was very personable, showed excellent attention to detail and instructed us with a professional and proactive approach to selling our house. Throughout the process Callum has been incredibly efficient and organised in keeping us informed of viewings and providing feedback in a thorough and prompt manner. This has enabled a very quick turnaround from initial marketing to selling our home STC.

Change Homes provide a modern approach for anyone wishing to sell their home and this worked really well for us. This is typified with the creation of a WhatsApp group which enabled us to contact Callum to provide information or enquire about progress at any time with a speedy response. This also helped to keep both my wife and I up to date and allowed for ongoing communication throughout the sale, particularly when we were unable to make or take calls due to work commitments.
