Many thanks to Tim at The Homes Group for his assistance when buying a flat. After a very stressful experience last year, it was very refreshing to have an estate agent who regularly updated me (even if it was 'there is no update') and assured me things were in hand.

Tim was fantastic throughout the sale of my flat. He kept me informed every step of the way, was always available to answer questions, and made the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tim to anyone looking to sell their property. Thank you for all your hard work!

Brian and Joe were outstanding, from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure, they made the whole process feel smooth, extremely professional and totally personable. Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.

We had a deadline to complete on due to buying our new house through the modern method of auction, and throughout the process Tim was fantastically reliable at chasing all involved in the chain.
