Avoid them! The zipper on my hoodie was defective and would not pull up. I followed every detail of their so called “return policy” and even sent pictures as directed. I have written twice and no response.
Another cheap Chinese site that appears to be legitimate but isn’t.
Beware.

Order placed 12/10/2025 never arrived--today 12/27/2025. No mention made of order routing thru Asia. Contacted customer support repeatedly with no response. Questioning legitimacy of company.

I have read bad online reviews for this company and its products but I have to say my experience is the opposite. I have made three separate orders from them and each time I have been very happy with both the quality and the value for money. Also delivery has been prompt, with good tracking information. I recommend them

Quality of product ok but be careful as even though on web site say offer refunds, this is untrue, have been advised by them only refund if garment has faults, not if you are not happy with product. I have suggested to them 2 times to alter their web site to show correct info with no reaction. Only buy if 100% about purchase.

Poor quality clothing and refused to honor their return policy!

I spent $135 on 3 merino wool clothing from Chanyarn. What I got was completely unwearable — the fabric had yellow, hard, scratchy threads that sticks out everywhere and they hurt my skin so bad. Fabric quality was also extremely low - it’s super thin and wrinkle easily.

Their website clearly says they accept 30-day returns & refund and provide return labels. But when I asked to initiate the return, they refused, saying the issues aren’t bad enough, that I could “fix it with a needle.” After multiple communications, they offered a 30% partial refund, which I declined.

I also posted my review through the product review link they shared, only to realize that it doesn’t show on their website at all (of course!). I doubt other positive reviews on their web are real reviews.

All in all, their products have extremely low quality and they do NOT honor their return policy. If you’re thinking about buying from them and looking for reviews — here’s your sign to stay away.
