I live in the US, and have bought several pair of shoes from Chaplinshoes, generally ones hard to find here, or where prices in Europe are simply better. Service is excellent, shipping immediate and reasonable. Never a sour note in my experience.

Chaplinshoes dealt with my order efficiently and within a day my parcel was in the Netherlands post office.
From there it took a month for my order to be delivered.
I am giving Chalipshoes full credit since the time the delivery took was not their fault.
Very pleased that my order eventually arrived intact and the product is perfect :)

Ondeugdelijke laarzen toegestuurd gekregen. Rits van 1 laars zakt met dragen. Echter test chaplin met de hand en dan doen ze t beide normaal. Als ik ze draag floddert een schoen me al na 500 meter aan de voeten. Men is niet genegen naar me te luisteren, zegt de schoenen te hebben opgestuurd naar de fabriek (nooit bewijs van gezien) en zegt dat mijn klacht niet waar is…communicatie van chaplin komt alleen als ik hen via bol vraag om een reactie. Voel me totaal niet serieus genomen…wel bij de neus genomen. Afrader iets bij chaplin te bestellen.
